Not sure how accurate this is since it was a while ago and I didn't keep a save nearby, but.. Cloud had Hardedge, Chain Bangle and Gotterdammerung. Time, Parry, Refocus, ATB Assist, ATB Stagger, First Strike, 1 HP Up, Steadfast Block and 2 Luck Ups. Aerith was Mythril Rod, Cog Bangle, Fury Ring. Ice, Lightning, Wind, Barrier and Healing, 2 Magic Up, First Strike and HP Up. Barret wasn't meant to be in the Sephiroth fight. Planned for him to just heal during whispers and nothing more, so his setup was a mess. Tifa was supposed to be my second on the Sephiroth fight.. and then she wasn't 😡 Hopefully that's accurate and I'll stick it in the description for anyone else thats curious.
Wow! You actually did so well! I’m so impressed. It was actually one of the cleanest run throughs I’ve seen for this chapter. Seeing barrett during the sephiroth battle made me laugh, lol.

It's not just you, that motorcycle game on chapter 4 took forever to do on hard. At least this one didn't have any secret scenes for finishing over 75% hp 😨
Most of the damage on hard is avoidable so you should survive just fine. Maybe replay part of chapter 9 for an extra fury ring or two for the extra damage output.

Refocus was a massive game changer. I equipped that and that limit break thing and pretty much smashed the whole chapter. Nice one bro 👍🏽

I actually find the motorcycle minigame harder than the final boss itself. I guess I'm too bad at driving

It was all fairly standard stuff, the only difference was the Parry and Refocus materia on Cloud.
What is the build for this?
Can I survive hard mode if I breeze through easy just to unlock it? Or would I need proper end game gear for it?
