It's not even IP67 it's IPX7 which is water-resistant with NO dust resistance. Most other phones have moved on to IP68 (completely water and dust PROOF)
Christian Patton Apple advertises on their website that is IP67. You really can't say that they're lying, since Samsung was truthful about its water resistance.

@Arman Chermakyan 3 to 6 ft isn't 3 to 4 meters. 3 to 4 meters is 9 to 12 ft. It's not meant to swim in the water. When you move stuff in the water they fill the holes quicker. So 3 to 4 minutes moving it basically acted as if it was 30+. Plus once you go 6 ft deep it fills in quicker and it's not rated for 6 ft even if you only went 6 ft for a couple seconds the water pressure would be enough for it to get in the screen instantly. For example submarines can only go so far down for so long before water pressure fucks it over. If you go passed what you can it will fill up even if it wasn't within it's time limit. So this phone may have only been in for so long but it also went double as deep as it's rated and was moving.

For those of you saying that the charging stand is the only reason the iPhone survived. No, that is not the reason because the charging port is closed and therefore no matter how much water goes inside of it the charging port water can't get inside the actual phone. As long as you don't charge the phone for 4 hours (or something like that).

Every component supposed to be 'closed off'. Using your theory, the phone would be able to survive in water for ever at every depth... The thing it, it needs to fail somewhere and the port could be the culprit, at least if you allow it to fail, which is not the case in this video.

You should try to put a iPhone 7 in like ranch dressing to see if it would work
Your test is bogus. You sealed the lightning port and speaker openings with the plastic stand during the depth test. Plus you didn't play any audio. If you did you would have discovered the top speaker no longer works. I'm surprised, you are not usually hiding the issues. Were you on a commission? Just kidding, but here's a challenge, do your test without the stand sealing the lightning cable slot and covering the lower speaker port, and play some audio and check the top speaker. In another test video that speaker was dead after 30 minutes at it's 1 metre rated depth. The customer deserves the truth.

What did you have plugged in the bottom of the iPhone? I feel like that defeats the purpose of the test if you have ports on the phone blocked

The only thing i dont like is you had something in the lightning port which could help keep water out while the galaxy didnt. Wasnt an accurate test.

I do want to mention something. You had the iPhone on a stand that could block water climb in the Lightning port
Still swam with it completely submerged and nothing happened.
