That was awesome Lucky! Music to my ears. I love manual transmissions. I had a Muncie close ratio in ‘68 Impala. It was a blast to drive! Thank you for letting us ride along on the 1320!
Man this car runs good! Loved it from the beginning and still in love with it now! Good to see you doing well, Lucky!
Thank you!
Yeah, he absolutely NAILED the stance on it! Glad to see you're 100% again Chief!
So much fun. Man that car is tough. 3 back to back runs and still able to do more. Thanks for sharing ✌

Dude!!! Thanks!!! Waiting for the drags to reopen for summer!!!✌️
Professional race car driver right there!
Merry Christmas Lucky. 6=8.
Cheers! Happy Holidays!
Happy holidays!
Looks like way too much fun. And Y'all call that work! LOL Have a blessed Christmas.
Same to you!
Go Lucky!!
A little bit taller gear and ditch the street tires maybe??,, if those were street tires. You know, there is the computer controlled throwout bearing kits, with the adjustable release rate. I think Ryan Finny is putting one on his multidisk 55. Maybe let him test the waters and see,,he's a boat guy, it works. Maybe a Secret Santa??. Happy Holiday's Lucky, to you and yours!!. Thanks for the cool vids all year.
Happy Holidays!
❤️ the Steering Wheel 🤙
🏁🏁🏁👊🏻
She honks.

Thanks
Hay brotha from another motha! Stay cool Lucky !!!!
Thank you!
👍
Remember, Lucky. "Allegedly" is the term you want to preface any of your stories with. ..... Allegedly.
I wonder if it would launch smoother leaving in 2nd gear. Either way it sounds great and really starts to move out pretty hard once it gets past the 60ft.
good ride a long
Thank you!
Nice... So what is the red three on the right? I thought it was gear indicator, but it's clearly not changing with your shifting.
You couldn't give us the times?
Car runs STRONG.. ( just my own opinion here ).. I think it could use a lil Taller Gear.. That way you would not have to grab 5th gear before the end.. Might help the launch a lil and it seems to have Plenty of Torque to pull it through.. Good to see the car out and running down the strip
Thank you!
Hey Lucky, it's only 263 miles from Irwindale Raceway to LVMS, did you do Red Rock and all the side trips as well?
Now with A/C Grumpy Jenkins 2023 Style !
Lucky's Treasure ,
That car runs good ,
what did time slips show ? speedo was out of focus during runs
I'd like to see how much faster it is with an auto trans. 4L80, or even a TH400. With the electronics we have now, its almost impossible to run a standard faster than an auto.
Probably quicker but definitely a whole lot less fun!
Sounds better than a woman in bed! That is one fantastic build! It can do anything except win best paint! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This is kinda what I want from my '69 'Cuda, 3rd Gen Hemi of course.
Thank you so much 😁
No burnout box!?!
So did the car do what you thought it was supposed to do and I can't believe you're hitting 5th gear
Supercharger belt was slipping
11.60s I am guessing?
I thought you had a sequential shifter from back on HRG when you did road racing with Tony?
I removed it.
@@luckysgarageshow can I ask why? I’m building my 67 camaro very similar to your build on your chevelle and was thinking of doing the same shifter but I do like the actual shifting. Your car and watching you build it from the different engines to watching you do a mini tub inspired me to get my dream car and build it myself. A 1967 camaro
Lucky, what does he numeral 3 mean just above and right of your AC unit?
That’s the gear indicator for the sequential shifter, which I removed, but will reinstall later
@@luckysgarageshow Got it. I thought maybe thats what it was but then it never changed, so I was confused. ty
what did it run
Show us the slips Lucky! 🤣
Supercharger belt was slipping so only making 9lbs. Ran 12s.
Runs 10s with a fresh belt
you took the sequential out?
Yeah.
So your times are a secret?
After all that video and you didn't tell us what it ran
Too bad it bogs off the line.
