Eventually because the quality controls are non exist here the owners of the gym were mixing protein with somekind of flour for economy 😂 people find out. And shut it down. Now most gyms have become a hybrid of second rate supp stores.

Age plays big role as well. When I was 18 I ate the same amount food that I do now in my mid-twenties even though I have 30-40 pounds more muscle. My metabolism slows down but increase in muscle mass kinda cancels that so it stays the same.
Although I can't say I am a fan of his physique (I just don't really have any appreciation for the modern blocky bodybuilder look), he seems like a really nice, soft-spoken and humble guy, which is very uncommon for bodybuilders. I clicked on this expecting a lot of arrogance and ego and was pleasantly surprised. Count me as a new fan of Victor's!

They are very unhealthy to use you can die young even with a good diet and exercise from them. For some "roid rage" is a real and terrifying thing. That said steroids alone aid in someone gaining size and strength. But they don't do it totally for you. I don't know if this guy is on steroids or not but logically it would make sense. That said he still puts in the hard work. Also it doesn't mean he's not a nice guy. Most of us have something in the closet we are ashamed of. Be it addiction, no discipline with finances, being dishonest with an employer, employee, spouse, or child. These things are ugly. If this guy does steroids then I agree it's something ugly but doesn't make him all bad and it's not impossible to use steroids and be a nice guy that's all I'm saying.
Lentils are excellent, my Mother used to make homemade lentil soup, i cook a cup once in a while and add to my work meal or to some pasta, great natural fiber and for good elimination.
