@august_build So far my only criticism is I don't like the way it lays down to charge. However, some are saying that the charge will last a month so it's not that big of a deal I suppose. Another guy on another forum bought a 3D printed dock for it for like $8 or something. That's a pretty good option I suppose. I've been using sonicare for like a decade. No way I'm going back. Not only that, the OEM brush heads are cheap. No reason to find knockoffs.
@@august_build Yes, a little bit. It gives you the idea of a "what if" scenario. Regardless, it's an outstanding toothbrush, haha and somehow your video made it to my home feed.
Laifen’s Wave is more powerful, has a longer battery life, doesn’t require a permanent charging dock, has a sleek design, a simple app, and sells for a fraction of the cost. I don’t see how it’s not better.
@@august_build There's no need for extra power, the Diamondclean comes with an airpods style travel case charger, the Diamondclean is equaly as sleek, and cost is not a consideration. Also, the battery life is yet to be proven, and I've had mine for 10 years so it's a proven factor. Nobody needs an app to brush their teeth either.
Why is there no need for extra power? Why is cost not a consideration? I think most people would disagree with these claims when buying a toothbrush. I'm not saying that you, Preston Newcomb, need to give away your toothbrush and buy this one, I'm just pointing out that it is a meaningful upgrade (across many important metrics) for a lower cost.
How is lying my toothbrush on a counter instead of standing it in a small dock to charge a better user experience? Seems a bit better for travel... maybe?
True. The only problem with that is it lays down flat on the counter or whatever. I saw a video of some guy who bought a 3D printed dock for a couple of bucks on Etsy. I think I might do that.
I just got this about a half hour ago. It is freaking awesome. Works great.
love to hear it!

wow, for a moment, I really thought it was a satire comedy video of a fictional item.
good to know, did the thumbnail make it seem that way?

interesting, appreciate the honest feedback!
I can't believe there is no comments yet.
thanks for getting the party started 😅
Why have a metal fancy toothbrush, when plastic one good enough?
The "premium" plastic ones cost 2-3x more, they perform worse, they look worse, and they are worse for our health.
@@august_buildand the planet.
My Sonicare Diamondclean still has a good battery after 10 years. The glass cup charger is very classy. I don't see how this is better.

it stands on its own without a dock
