I just added several new props to my show. And now I need to go through each sequence and update them. That's a lot of work. I do hope you have an easier way.
@@douglashigley9556 Any time you make changes to the layout you have to render and save your sequences. You can bulk render a bunch of sequences at one time.
Mate, OZ Pete, Just saved me a HEAP of time getting a very basic sequence going. Yes, last minute running towards the finish line to get something up ! ! Thanks again.
Thanks again, Ron. Great info here. This is very helpful but I feel like I'm drinking from a fire hose until I get back into sequencing with XL.. Has been about two & a half years since I sequenced anything!!
@@xTremeSequences YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!!!! Figured I would watch a bunch of vids before I clicked any keys on building our setup for a new home. Thanks for your efforts on these vids!
Oh, did you see my comment on another video about show us how to do a virtual matrix using a projector and using both builtin effects and external video in the same sequence?
Bulk edits have been my new favorite toy. But do be careful. Like ron said at the beginning. Make you you save it first and do the edits and then re-save when you are done and like it. I hit a button once and deleted half my show. Good thing there is an undo button.
You asked for feedback--these Monday minutes are worth their weight in GOLD! Thank you very much for taking the time to do these.
Thanks, Dan! Much appreciated.
If not already done, I'd like to see tips for the best way to add new props to an existing sequence for a new year
I can certainly do that. It's a great topic and this is the perfect time to learn about it.

Brilliant this is just what I needed for bulk edits. Never even knew it existed. Keep up the great work
I wish I saw this a week ago. Spent a few hours re rendering old sequences after adding some new props. Thank You.
I totally get it. There is so much to learn and so many ways to do the same thing. Keep at it.

Thank You Ron Great as always
I needed this last year!
Hey! Your videos are super helpful, very clear, have educated me a lot. Thanks--you rock!!
Thank you very much. I'm glad to help.
Thank you Ron as always!
Another amazing video. Thank you.
And again learnt something new - Thanks a lot
That’s great Ron. I’m assuming this was added this year? Sure beats select all and making a bulk edit.
Yes, recently released.

That's a long time to be away. So much has changed. I'll try to help keep as many up as possible with the new and important features.

Ron how do you download a sequence from your website?
I believe there is a download button next to Share.

I had to dig a bit before I realized this was a marketing pitch for light show software...I thought this was maybe some crazy gene editing thing lol.
Keep digging, sir, because this is not a pitch. The software is open source and therefore free to created animated light shows to music. LOL!!!
