    Stawberry Banana Smoothie w/ Peanut Butter (makes 1 serving - 379 cal per serving)
    - 12 oz almond milk
    - 1 cup frozen strawberries
    - 1 banana
    - 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    Blend all ingredients together & serve!
    Shrimp & Sausage Ramen Bowl (makes 1 serving - 724 cal per serving)
    - 7 x-large shrimp raw
    - 2 oz hillshire beef sausage
    - 1 chicken ramen packet
    - 1 tbsp butter
    - 1 tbsp minced garlic
    - 1/4 cup soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp light brown sugar
    sesame seeds & green onion for garnish
    Cook sausage in skillet & set aside. Season shrimp with your choice of seasonings (I used old bay & paprika). Sautee shrimp in butter and garlic, remove from pan & set aside. Cook noodles in saucepan. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and 1/4 cup of noodle water to skillet. Drain noodles and add to soy sauce mixture. Add shrimp & sausage back in. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds & green onion.
    Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter and Chia Seeds & Half an Apple (makes 1 serving - 219 cal per serving)
    - 1 apple cinnamon rice cake
    - 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    - 1 tsp chia seeds
    - 1/2 large granny smith apple
    Spread peanut butter on rice cake and sprinkle chia seeds on top. Serve with half an apple.
    California Chopped BLT Bagel Sandwich (makes 1 serving - 461 cal per serving)
    - 1 everything bagel
    - 2 tbsp onion & chive cream cheese
    - 3 slices bacon
    - 3 leaves romaine lettuce
    - 1 tomato slice (seasoned w/ salt & pepper)
    - 1/2 an avocado
    Cook bacon (make sure bacon is crispy!). Add cream cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato to cutting board. Chop until all ingredients are well incorporated. Dice avocado and add into mixture (avocado is added last to preserve texture). Toast both halves of bagel. Spread mixture onto bagel and serve!
