Hi Tim great video, after 30 years of drinking. Its taken me 10 years to realise i cant moderate. And i have now learnt i cant do it alone. 27 says sober at the minute and now looking for support, not sure what tho. Mabe cancelling. Quitting alchohol is easy i have done it hundreds of times 😅
Congratulations Tim. So pleased for you. Today I had a fibroscan confirming early stage cirrhosis. I know what I've got to do but I'm so fucking scared for the the sober future. Alcohol has isolated me from everyone and I know I've got to deal with one day at a time. Life sucks
Congrats on your 3 years im trying to beat my addiction atm going threw h withdrawals but the withdrawals get that bad i keep relapsing and i really need to beat this devil, just came accross some of your videos thanks for any advice plz
