I needed this video today, thank you so much. 24 days sober for me now and a lot of stress the last week, especially today. The urge to pick up the bottle was so very intense, but I managed it second by second. So glad I didn't cave in.

It's the pathways in your brain...They will slowly rewire the longer you stay sober...Not easy at the start. Stay strong..❤
