Jokes on you, I have been locked in to the gameplay. >:)
I hardly have much distractions!
Though yeah it's a good video, Neocities was a great start for me personally and getting premium was also great to get me into my own Domain. Which now I have moved on from Neocities and setup my own Webserver through a VPS service that was like 50 cents more but gives me 400gb of SSD storage instead of 50 GB that neocities had.
Hell, it's actually kickstarting me to get into developing web stuff but in that classic internet way.
Oh this is so fun! Great job mate, it probably took a while.
felt like there was a lot of opportunity to show off some cool homepages instead of vg gameplay
I've been getting myself into petsites like flight rising and the like, they really capture the kind of community the old web fostered
i FUCKING LOVE NEOCITIES!!!!!!!
It wasn't always this way. Websites from 20 years ago varied between adorable Geocities pages to information overload newsletter sites to metalheart-ish works of art like this: ruclips.net/video/N-2sKZjawq4/видео.html . I wanna bring THAT back.
Great video!! The editing is very charming
