The only instruction I got out of this is figure out on my own how to disassemble the gun. Install these 2 springs and hope for the best. Camera should have been over your head. More explanation of what the springs do would be nice. I fee l that you went really far in depth to display your own skills at restoring this gun without giving a good instructional video of how to disassemble and reassemble the gun. Thanks for the parts number to the springs.
Finally somebody with the same problem I have!!! Mine did the same thing and it wasn't the big springs. I thought it was an electronic issue so I bought another one and stuck the old one in the box and returned it. Thank you for the video!!
Hi I have the same gun it fires but the nails only goes half way in it sounds as if the motor is not charging enough to fire any tips on how to fix please
As per Vitaly, use the cleaner and give it a good clean....never use lubricant or oil, check return springs and also check the firing pin to see if bent.
whoa, looks like a comprehensive reinstall and you showed that but none of the initial dismantling, nor explanation of how you knew what the problem was, plus the camera is in the wrong place when you're dealing with the springs so I have no idea what's going on there. How is it that these tiny springs are the problem and how could I recognize that in my gun? Is it literally just because the main springs are fine and so the only logical conclusion that it must be the ones in your video? I don't even understand their purpose, the main ones are pretty obvious and when they're not working you can understand why, these ones seem so far removed from the reason I'm definitely worried about opening up the gun to check. I suppose my reservations are not your business, you went out of your way to help us here, just notes for future videos if I may be allowed to criticize. You clearly know what you're doing.
I had the same issue. Those 2 springs keep that metal piece that's in between the big springs touching the motor. Those little springs stop being springy, your nailer is stuck in neutral. Rev all you want the gears aren't engaged.

Sure would love to know what springs you are even talking about

Hi, I would clean it with a break cleaner, just spray a lot and check your 2 return springs, let me know, thanks
