    Great episode guys!
Little tip If you bleed salmon as soon as you catch them, they tend to taste a little bit better.
    Keep it up!

Hi Guys welcome to my neck of the woods, I live in Yankalilla, really enjoying your SA vids, I also lived on the Eyre Peninsula. We are blessed to have so many great secluded beaches and some great Surf breaks, both on the Eyre, Yorke Peninsula and off course KI. Keep them coming cheers

"There's a river, so you can't get through"... yeah, it's called the Murray, you may have heard of it?😁 Seriously, the Coorong is a lovely place, well worth staying longer and having a good look around (though Tea Tree isn't my favourite crossing). In summer the sand gets so soft you can be down to 12-10psi. Easier in cooler weather, but we see a number of people stuck.
Good episode, looking forward to KI...

Hi guys, I just stumbled upon your channel. I live in the hills above Rapid Bay/Cape Jervis. I think you did a great job showcasing our area. The spot you caught the flathead is known as secrets, and the spot you camped with the wind is called Lady Bay. Keep up the great content 🤘

I love the scenery there! What an adventure it is to be camping along the ocean, fishing and exploring the land. I'm from Muskegon, Michigan which is near Lake Michigan. The great lakes are nice but not in comparison to the beautiful beaches you have there. Love the content, keep it going!

You should be able to run your air compressor off you deep cycle with the engine running, If you are charging the battery off your alternator using either a DC-DC charger or a SI-ACR (Start Isolation-Automatic Charging Relay) - I have used the latter since 2006 on my then 4th Gen 4-Runner and now on my 2016 5th Gen 4Runner. Melting due to heat in any section or connection of the power cable to the compressor is indicative of the power cable being of too small a gage. I run twin ViAir 325C 33% Duty Cycle compressors that are located in the back of my 4Runner on top of my drawer. My cable run is 15 - 20 ft to a 6 circuit Power Buss. The two compressors each draw 20 amps so I the total is 40 amps while the compressors are running. Accordingly, my cable size is 6 gage (6awg). Your 100% duty cycle twin ARB compressor draws 68.6amps (according to their website), and assuming a 15 to 20ft run, you should be using 2 gage (2awg) wire to you deep cycle battery, with a 70amp fuse as close as possible to the battery itself. Unfortunately, I cannot post on here the applicable chart.

So good to see yr in SA and finding some of our gems! Some great places ahead of you, the Eyre Peninsular is stunning. Check out Arno Bay and drive the sand into Port Neill, Be sure to spend several days in Coffin Bay national park (I know, I always avoided them too ) but so worth it and a great spot as you can get out of the wind somewhere no matter it’s direction… camp at the pools site. Mount Drummond great to camp at, Sheringa beach, Elliston is great for a stop and the surfing and fishing just gets better. Point Brown is a must do, grab some abalone. Thalia caves a must do and walk and explore there. Camp at tractor beach just out of Streaky, do Perlubie beach….. the list goes on but another must do is Fowlers Bay and the drive over the dunes onto the beach and run down to Scott’s Beach towards Mexican Hat. You can jump off the rocks at Fowlers and swim with sea lions there too. Enjoy! Glad I found yr channel

Welcome to the Fleurieu, guys. It's so surreal seeing you in our backyard like this. I can see the wind farm at Cape Jervis from my beach; You're that close. Glad to see the fish are biting. The jetty at Rapid Bay is a pretty good spot to squid. Land fishing will probably be a little quiet until you get up to Port Noarlunga jetty which is worth a stop at if only to look back at the view of the coast, although I'm guessing you're already out of the area by now.

    • @xlncaustralia3261

Also, the flathead here doesn't taste anything as good as the flatty from the northern waters of NSW. It's not as sweet. It's the reverse for the mullet though. Mullet in upper NSW taste pretty muddy, but the mullet here are okay if you prep them properly and get rid of that black gut lining.

There shouldn't be any issue running your compressor off the fridge battery as far as amperage goes (should be able to deliver 100A for that time), as long as your using at least 6 ga cable. However better to run it off the starter battery and run the engine at the same time anyway.

Hey Guys, loving your video's, great real life content, only thing I'd suggest is that as content creators you have an obligation to help keep tracks open and assist with the education of others to do the same and showing yourselves attempting to drive up a sand dune with 40psi in your tyres might not be the right way to do it, those "corrugations" on that dune were caused by people not adjusting tyre pressures and attempting to use speed and power to get up instead. That's my "rant" over.
Keep on enjoying yourselves out there exploring Oz and keep the content coming.
