@H4nz08 I like them both and they are different enough to really represent two sides of the pistol world. In my eyes I see the Px4 as being a safe civilian gun and the Glock is clearly made for LE/Military/CCW. I keep the Px4 next to my bed with some hollowpoints for home protection but if I am out hiking I take the Glock simply because I don't want to fiddle with a safety if have to scare off a bear or whatever. I like the Px4's feel and kick but the Glock has a really nice trigger pull.
They really tie in my book, I would say that if you were a first time pistol shooter to get a Px4 because of all of the obvious safeties in place. It also has replaceable backstraps making it a bit easier for smaller handed people, you cant make the Glock's grip any smaller without shaving it. But if you want a pistol that you can fire instantly and will work in all conditions the Glock might be better for you. You are asking a tough question that I would liken to choosing a sedan or a truck.
Going to grab both of them. Just debating if I wanna grab the Px4 in 9mm or .40. The Glock 17 has longer barrel yet they look relatively the same length on camera. Thanks for the review.
I think Glock only outshines the PX4 in that the Glock has many more aftermarket parts and a better warranty. Other than that I think the PX4 wins everything else. For a civilian carry perspective I don't think the whole firing under water or after covered in sand qualifies as an argument.
Liked your review a lot.....just one comment. The PX4 was made to replace the 92FS/M9 for the military back in 04. Check out CrucibleArms review. Thanks very informative.
I have both but I like px4 storm.
I remember when glock 19 actually cost more money that PX4 storm. And with the steel upper receiver Berreta should of cost more money.
PX4 storm full size all day

The part that sticks up on the PX4 is the firing pin safety

My bad. I will fix that from now on.

Why do people insist on calling the beaver tail a dove tail? Dove tails pertain to rear sights.
