- Here's an unobstructed look a the queue line area and station of Velocicoaster that will open to the public on June 10th at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. the fact that u can see the velociraptors chasing the train is both hilarious and incredible at the same time, not only does this ride look like a TON of fun the detail is insane. i honestly cant wait any longer to try this ride
I like how this is essentially Universal’s middle finger to the rest of the theme parks in Orlando, and then putting themselves at the top among them.

It does kinda have that aesthetic a bit lmao. It’s all modern Jurassic WORLD style which is kinda awkward in the middle of a land themed to Jurassic PARK. They’ll eventually change it all to fit Jurassic world though like in Hollywood. In fact, it’s about to happen to Jurassic river adventure like, now. Lol
@@guitarboy1234 that was just a scheduled maintenance and also I'm kind of fine with a mix of jurassic park and world, because, the ride is kind of in its own area of that area of the park.
This Velocicoaster is just phenomenal man! Especially those animatronic Velociraptors in cages!
I love that Mr DNA is in the ride.
Is it weird for me to say that I really like the scary music they play inside of the station and how fast the lap bars and air gates open?

no it's intimidating in there and the fact that they urge you on quickly makes it feel more like a real animal encounter experience where they have to keep things moving quickly. this ride is impressive in every single way, it's truly a theme park marvel and it's without a doubt my number one :)
This what i love about Universal Studios Orlando... the theming is just as important as the ride itself!!! i cant wait to ride this coaster
im terrified of rides and i rode this one. it has to be one of my favourite rides ever. for any people scared of the ride but want to go on it, basically, dont worry about the big drop, as the adrenaline makes you feel nothing. the first part where you accelerate is the scariest in my opinion, but after that it's smooth and enjoyable :)

Don’t let that detract from the ride. The ride is still no joke. The queue is awesome. But the ride is world class.
A fun and intense ride as well, it’s the full package.
When you get to the part with the raptor’s head sticking out, like OMG it was so cool. I went on it earlier today and that was my favorite part of the station.

It's open now actually. I was on it on Sunday and man oh man. In my opinion, better than the Hulk
@@richardrahman8923 yep I know it's open. I didn't get the opportunity to ride it during soft openings because I don't have a pass and i live on the other side of the country, but I booked the opening day because that's when everyone can ride it.
Not only is the fastest ride in the park but the safest

They had a soft opening for the ride while I was in Florida last week. Ride is 10/10 and the best ride there.
Looks like the velociraptors got all the guests. That coaster came back empty.

i got to go on early in May and it was so awesome! everyone was clapping and cheering when the car left and came back
We got on so fast. The first time it said 60 min wait we got on 20min. On Monday it was a 85 min wait and we only waited 30 min. I was very surprised. This is definitely worth any wait though 🙂

@@grapieee7884 What I meant is that SF keeps theming coasters to itself, such as Twisted Colossus. The only theming in the actual queue is a bunch of posters about itself.
Six Flags is an amusement park. Universal and Disney are theme parks. Six Flags don't have the budget as compared to those two to make their rollercoasters as well themed as this. That is why they compensate by quantity.

I have a question is there a way my dad can walk me to the ride and only I get on? Cause I’m scared of going alone but I really want to ride it haha (no one in my family likes rollercoasters)
Yes he could walk you to the station and exit back out through the queue or cross over the train station when it’s time to board it

They had technical issues so I was in line for more than one hour. I was standing next to those “windows” where you can see the raptors chasing the car and I notice they have 5 different “videos” of the raptors. I loved the ride!
