The Estoril Open in Portugal will have one of such systems this year, called Foxxten, and the tournament director said to portuguese media that this system, while nearly 100% accurate, will end up costing a small fortune because it needs 40 cameras synchronized by 10 lasers to work properly.

Camera angle can be deceptive. But having lost a game on a shot it may have been called wrong is heartbreaking.

The ITF/ATP/WTA really should allow challenges on clay. The calls shouldn't be subjected to the objectivity of the umpire.
There were challenges this year in Charleston on clay. I think it worked well.
They tried it in Madrid and it didn't really work. A lot of times umpires had to come down to look at the mark and overrule the video.
