Hey buddy LOVE YOUR CHANNEL I have recently restored my old race bike after getting it back from the guy I sold it too. Not trying to tell u what to do but I noticed a screw that was missing on the outer clutch cover. On my 90 CR 125 it’s a oil check screw with a crush washer. It could cause you to loose oil if you’re not careful. I watch a lot of your videos man keep up the good work
Awesome find, i was really close to buying a cr125 that only needed clutch rings for 600 but it got sold before i could meet him so i bought my kdx200 instead that i ordered a carb and air filter for it but i only have 200 bucks to get clutch rings, rear shock rebuild kit and bearing and seals for all the rear linkage. You get false readings on 2 strokes because of crankcase compression. Why strip a top end to check it? Pop of the expansion chamber and look up the exhaust port. Look for the contact patch on the piston and the carbon staining to identify if the cam grind is worn off the piston. Look at the ring lands to see if the land is wiped clean, a sure sign of worn rings.
