- In 2009 my husband and our two tiny kids (they were about 9 months and 2.5 years old) took a road trip down what I called the "Honky Tonk Highway". We went to the Ryman in Nashville, Graceland and Sun Studios in Memphis, Loretta's house in Hurricane Mills - all the historic landmarks. But the one that felt like we were walking on hallowed ground was when we arrived at Hank Williams' boyhood home in a little town called Georgiana, Alabama. It was surreal walking through the rooms that he lived in and seeing all of the memorabilia. I've been playing Hank's music for years but I'd never attempted this one. Thanks for the request, I really enjoyed singing Lost Highway and I'll definitely be keeping it in the set list!

Wonderfully done Tara! Music history here in TN is amazing. I remember riding (with my parents) by Hank's home in Nashville as a kid and right down the road was George and Tammy's house. Years later I met Mr Jones and got to fly Hank Jr to a show once. Honky Tonk Highway (Franklin Pike) indeed. Thank you for doing us proud!
