So I started watching your videos because I came across tks videos a few months ago and I’ve been at the same cdjr store in south fl for 10 years now and Iam the one who orders these cars, so stellantis put our first scat pack in the order books back in February to get ready to start getting built and then on the first day we where able to order them I ordered 2 more scat packs at 85 and 82k and 3 R/Ts at 70k which is already 20k more then there gas counterparts and they all have been pushed back from shipping multiple times and 3 of them have been sent to storage, my personal opinion is that we are never going to even get these cars and the V6s which these engines have there own issues in the wagoneers and grand wagonerers and the new 1500s will be here first and on top of all that none of our customers want them anyway and especially with 47 wining will probably never see these 5800 pound bricks

@Bonanzaking exactly that was my point. By then, the kids that say that's my car when a Hellcat goes by. or the son of some of these Hellcat drivers will grow up. Their fathers will pass away. Those kids will be 35 to 40 years old and have the money to afford a classic 2020 Dodge Hellcat Red eye it will be 2050. These are the people who will buy it. Because they saw these cars being driven by men they admired and / or wanted to be like. Same reason my old ass is looking for a Trans am to restore and drive around. Why? My daddy had 1. I'm 48 and play Grand Torismo 7, and I have a Black Trans am in the game just like my daddy used to have.

You would think a ceo who’s salary is 40 million a year would have the common business sense to keep building what sales, but instead makes a disastrous decision to shut down the best selling cars to think consumers would by the Ev Dodge when Ford was a flop and shut down their Ev production.

I guess I got lucky (for once) because my '23 Challenger Scat Pack Shake-down edition with 6spd, dynamics pkg. and everything else possible is holding up... So far. It's only got 3k mi. on it as I want to drive it enough to make sure everything is OK and to enjoy it but also to not put "wear miles" on it. Plus, as I've mentioned before, I was smart because it's considered to be (in their eyes) a "collectible" and is a garaged, "occasional use" vehicle, I was able to insure it with *Haggerty* along with my '74 Road Runner at a seriously *huge* discount over traditional insurance. It went from $250 a *month* ("old guy" w/zero points & multi-car disc.) to 7 hundred dollars per *year.* 😊 And right now, the insurance on these things is what's killing a lot of people because of theft and crashes (often simultaneously) pushing up liability for the ins. companies. I'm sure that plays a huge part of people giving up their cars, too because they get $950 - $1k+ per mo. payments and then find out that the insurance is another $300 per mo. they really didn't count on. People keep saying "Keep it, in 20 yrs it'll be worth a ton!" Etc. but, at this point... I'm just trying to figure out which parts it might be wise to stockpile in order to be able to keep this thing running for some time into the future. I don't want in ten years to discover that I then have a 4,500lb. *paperweight* sitting in my garage because the computer or some such took a crap. General mechanical parts, I'm not too worried about... It's all the "weird stuff" that makes this thing what it is that gives me concern. 😮 Fingers crossed 🤞 😊
Brad, your video title and the whole video overall is something I can agree with. The Charger EV is just awful. I would've wanted to see them make hybrid Hemi engines. That way, we would've had the Hemis we love, while also being emissions compliant. Whatever's happening at Stellantis is cringe-worthy and just terrible. They have to know eventually that this is NOT what we want. Forcing us to say goodbye to the Hemi and shoving these electric cars down our throats just led to this disaster we are in with the Charger.
But you think making a hybrid hemi is a good idea being how heavy they are already? When it comes to hemi versus Ford, the hemi is much more powerful of an engine, but the problem is the car weighs so much that we can’t beat the 302 with a 10 speed… with the 392 anyway. But they are making the Dodge ram charger hybrid truck and it’s bad ass. But it’s not gonna have a hemi. But I think it might now that Trump won the election…
I don't believe they will ever produce this turd. If they do, sales will be off at the intended price point for the upper performance models due to a correction in expectations of all high price performance cars to sell in a failing economy with high interest rates. And the lower performance base models will be non competitive compared to other offerings. It looks like a pinto hatchback ran into a charger in design. Frumpy clumsy and bloated. I'll keep my 15 Srt 6 spd Challenger. They had a great thing going. Then egos and greed got in the way of passion. It will fail.
Also, the Ram REV was supposed to be available 2024 Q4. In fact, it's still posted on their website. I think it's safe to say that it ain't coming this year. What a cluster Stellantis is.
CDJR has been heading off a cliff for a long time. Even without an EV, the company was heading off a cliff because it can’t make quality vehicles. Even TK is starting to see that the quality issues are the real problem. If you can’t make a quality ICE, then don’t bother trying to make a quality EV.

From a common sense business point of view, where one should understand their consumer base and what the want, Carlos seems to have none of that. He strikes me as someone in far over their head in management skills and understanding of the customers he is trying to build and sell products to. He is European, and has no idea of how to build and sell vehicle for North American tastes and desires.
Boycott tavares no reason a European company knows what's Best for dodge...Id rather then be US government owned or something than this crap or go back with Mercedes...
The old legacy engineering teams and leadership are stuck in the past and don’t have the vision or capacity to keep up with the innovation and disruption that is driving growth elsewhere. All of the legacy manufacturers steered their ships directly towards the iceberg instead of correcting course earlier, believing their own hype.
all the money these people who manage, design, these car manufacturers never learn that, you have to build what people want. not what you want, not what the investors want, and damn sure not what the alphabet government agencies want. Another reason why govt needs to be smaller, and with a lot more common sense which can not be learned in college!

the Dodge Bros. are rolling in their graves over this😢
There are just some things you don't cheap out on.
I don’t care how much “Brand-Loyalty” on has, but stupid money for crappy build-quality in my humble opinion equals one word : Nah!
I believe Tim never said the v8 was going away but rather "the hemi powered L cars are going away as you know them". Sure, it could be interpreted as the hemi is going away. To me, it meant we're coming out with a new car that might possibly have a v8.
That’s why Europe and America are two different markets, we don’t want to be like them and they just don’t understand that
In other words the storage is the boneyard
It's a shit show.
Theyve never made any for delivery and they are canceling their release.. Just here to help your guessing and fairy tales
Waiting for the 6-pack... maybe 😜
You're doing a fantastic job! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
An EV muscle car 😂😂😂😂
Lol give 'em a hug! Holy moly that's funny!
It's Not Your fault the last Video wasn't watched, RUclips likes playing Games, Other Channels are having similar issues.
So u slap hemi engine names on these cars and expect me to fall for it no just no these cars suck
Stellantas EVs should market themselves as portable fire starters like ones you use to make smores.
Computers do not go up in value.
Computers built after somewhere around the 80's or 90's don't go up in value.
They still use a 6.4 Hemi in 2025 Ram HD trucks. Bring a 6.4 Hemi back for the Charger and stop with the EV fake muscle car noise nonsense.
It won’t fix the quality issues. Even without EV’s, all Stellantis can sell subpar Chargers to the same subprime crowd that reeks of Big Altima Energy. Your only hope is Nissan going under so all the subprime crowd has to buy Chargers.
I have been a Dodge fan for many years, but if I buy another car, it will almost certainly be a Ford Mustang.
Chrysler was an engineering company . They were known for muscle cars in the 60s and 70s . Now they will be lucky if they are still in business in 2 years .
The HellCat red eyes and 1st gen Demons will go up. In 30 to 40 years.
A car is only worth what someone will pay for it. I am not going to want a lot rot car in 30 to 40 years with almost impossible to find replacement parts.
Well kept examples possibly, not the ones we find on Hoovie's garage.
@@joelkennison7233thing is eventually there will be. It’s called the classic vehicle market. It’s driven by nostalgia, not logic.
I believe that one day after this Nightmare CEO dodge will go back to making Muscle Cars and if the body style doesn't suck like the new Charger does, I'll be first in line to grab mine.
We have a great car dealership network in my town and he just finished building a giant building that he started when Jeep was red hot and now he has so many Jeeps sitting on the lot if he wasn't filthy rich I'd feel bad for the owner. Stellantis is screwing their dealers so hard the reputation and price of the products is making them unsellable.
i could waste $40m as well as he did. heck i'd likely get more right
When was the last time you seen a car manufacture skip a year making cars? 2023 no 2024 will there be 2025? Only the shadow knows
No 1983 Corvette....😎
Does the terminator cobra 1 year gap count?
Great Video!
I watched your last video… 🎉
Brad, I watch all of your videos
Scrap it!
We're going into 2025 with hundreds of 2023's still rotting on the lots 😅
Oc why do they insist on using the old school names these cars aren't even close breaks my heart
@@billyeichler176 because they think we’re stupid and will buy them if they give them those names. It’s pathetic how arrogant they are.
RAM!!!
When buying aftermarket parts for performance i learned you cant skimp on things UNLESS its a known bargain like bauer or other cheaper reliable things...Emgineers THO !!! Heck no im smart but id pay a guy to show me what they know at 150k i probably have 50k engineer knowledge tho just off experience and definitely could learn...Sorry for dodge man !!! Let GM and Ford split them up and let them keep brand identity and motors
Stallantis Chrysler-Dodge to the ceo and and board, y’all should have learned from Ford’s complete Ev manufacturing FLOP, Ford motor company were down 3.8 billion dollars in sales simply because the consumer doesn’t want Ev autos or trucks, Ford has now stopped production on Ev vehicles at this time but plans to possibly revisit production at a later date. You would think a ceo who’s salary is 40 million a year would have the common business sense to keep building what sales, but instead makes a disastrous decision to shut down the best selling cars to think consumers would by the Ev Dodge when Ford was a flop and shut down their Ev production.
The engineers need to be there to see what is going on Not FaceTime or anything He cut too deep and doesn’t have any product that people want or is affordable They are bankrupt and don’t want to admit it When you have new 2022 unsold vehicles there is a problem
Sell more and make less then sell 1 for more They have run out of stupid people to pay luxury vehicle prices for something that isn’t with the cheapest parts and then do warranty repair
Lmao well no $7500 tax credit discount anymore all gone the new charger is the going to have the Hemi is back.
Because everyone is talking and commenting the non Dodge buyers are confused but the truth is Dodge owners want the least amount of tech in their car. Even a DOHC aluminum block v8 will not sell in a charger not to even consider an i6 or EV. The real responsible people who want to purchase a charger are totally ok with 380hp 400tq v8 we don’t want any more power but somehow this fake assumption that every new model has to be faster
Fingers crossed 🤞 😊
History will remember their downfall lol
Dodge making electric cars given their history is laughable
If a car manufacturer can "force an EV down your throat", you've got bigger problems.
Can’t deliver to customers ?……what fool’s preordered these?
The engineers need to be there to see what is going on Not FaceTime or anything He cut too deep and doesn’t have any product that people want or is affordable They are bankrupt and don’t want to admit it When you have new 2022 unsold vehicles there is a problem

The bread is 4 and 6 cly engine and the butter is the 8 cly You want customers to move up not have a bitter taste in their mouth
Chargers are a luxury muscle car they don't have the cheapest parts. You're just hating because your jealous.
You can't even tell it's a dodge. If you are lucky to see on that can turn on the fartzonic logo looks like a Mitsubishi symbol.
You can't make this stuff up, you could smoke crack and say I am going to do this, and it wouldn't be worse than this stuff
Is there even a 2025 Dodge Hornet on dealership lots?
They have a enough 2024 models sitting at dealers to last to the end of 2025. No point making 2025s.
From what I've heard from TK's garage they are delaying all Eevee sales until they can get their stuff straightened out
Dodge should let you, TK , and Butters run the show . Yall 3 would make dodge great again 📈
All the new Dodges are second rate. Gone are the redesigned Mercedes Benz E=Class models. Dodge never spent any money for 15 years making new models. Too bad you guys never talk about this issue along with the Poor Customer service, Cheap parts. Dealer Markups and Last Call antics, dumpy Dealerships. Management and rank and file, ran off with all the profits.
Are you sure Joe Biden isn't running this company🤣
First call to get Scammed 😂
Dodge died so long ago.
Puts it is....again....^..^
It’s EV garbage!
Im not a fan of stalantis, Chrysler ot tk but i do like your videos. Im also not big on the "muscle cars. My problem is ford and chevy not building a competitor. The ss and g8 were cool. They both have the engine to build a chevelle, fairlane, falcon, whatever.
People would rather buy SUV’s and crossovers. The first Stellantis EV should have been an SUV. Besides, the real issue is that quality was already ass even back in the FCA pre-merger days.
Muscle cars are dead.
@@hellomeatrobots why do you think that? Chevy and ford do really well with pony cars. If ford and chevy would build muscle cars I think we would be fine. Maybe dodge should build a pony car to compete with the camaro and mustang.
@@aaadamt964 The Camaro's sales have plummeted since 2020, and it's being discontinued. The Mustang is doing well enough to stick around, but it's being outsold by the Mach-E now. Dodge Challenger sales peaked in 2018 and have been declining since then. During their current muscle car run, Dodge's market share has declined to less than 1%.
Company with no experience designing EVs can't design a working EV. Who could have seen that coming?
These idiots could have started production on the 2023's in January 2023 instead of December 2022. Then they would have been able to manufacture the Challenger, Charger, and 300 as 2023 models up until 12/31/2024. Then all they would have had to do is bring back power dollars to keep inventory moving until they figured out the bugs in their new clown car...
Lies, lies, lies and stupid.
