    When I first tried one of your programs. One thing that I've noticed is my leg muscles started to grow and have details. I got small legs or chicken legs known to people. tried everything in the gym to make my legs bigger and have muscles but it didn't give me results. by the way, I just came back from an injury had surgery back in 2019 (ruptured patella). greatly appreciate all your videos. more power to your channel!

    Hi Shae, is 13.70 sec in 100m good for a person who is extremely weak and out of shape that hasn't done physical activity in like a year or more?
