Fascinating! I'd love to visit a place like that if I could. Great idea. I wonder though what's going to happen with the specialty coffee market in the upcoming years with the economic outlook in the U.S. not being great.
I think the specialty coffee movement will continue to be pretty strong. Unless we have a total collapse or something, which with the way the world is going I guess is becoming more possible. I think people have gotten a taste for specialty and it may adapt to the market but I think the famers, at least the ones I have spoken with, are mostly wanting to move more into the specialty coffee farming and process.
