It's so hard to determine what is important and what is not in the textbook. My teacher said there is so much fluff and we need to figure out what is important and what isn't. Nursing school is stressing me out so much. This video lays it out so clearly and isn't intimidating. I'm so thankful for your amazing help

In lecture the instructors rush through power points and this was definitely one topic that should have been explained the way you did! Even reading the book wasn't as helpful as your video was. it's crazy to think how we think of ourselves as such an advanced, civilised, modern world, yet one of the most natural things in the world we are still so uneducated, ignorant and embarrassed about. Even in the 21st century at school in the UK we had one lesson in science on sex education and that was it, now I'm 25 I am happy to say I am learning about my own body and giving myself my own education.
