- It's time, 12:57 now to be exact, after all my edits of how to introduce this video (insert John Cena entrance music), all jokes aside, it is actually time for our Studio Overview of the new Kumho Road Venture AT52.
The new AT52 aims to blend the perfect combination of performance for your 4X4 life, this all-terrain tyre aims to take command of rugged landscapes when off-road whilst simultaneously providing a comfortable on-road experience.
Join Jared as he breaks down (not literally) the new all-terrain AT52 tyre from Kumho.
Thanks for watching and remember to like always.
Don't forget to head over to www.tyrereview.com.au and review your tyres.
Taking your 4WD for a spin? Got these on your wheels? We would love to hear your thoughts on the Kumho Road Venture AT52. Авто/Мото
I just purchased 4 of these for my Land Cruiser Toyota (275/55/20), and I already feel the difference in grip and overall performance. They look great as well. i will update you in months ahead,
update please!
😂
Had these on my Ranger for about 3k miles now and very happy with them. Just had our wettest July on record, I’m in the UK, and they performed great. Very sure footed and never gave me any hairy moments. Plus road noise is no more noticeable than the Contis they replaced.
This AT52VT is one of the best tyres for my PAJERO, I am driving in Qatar.
They are great on Off road & as my expectations performing excellent on highways.
Almost 2500 kms done with them in a month & I feel safe & good during driving.
They have great control & also looks stylish eye catching - all my friends loved it
They are also economical & I suggest Middle east Pajero drivers to go for it without any doubt.
How about the road noise?
How is it on sand?
I had the at51's on my 1 ton...lot of miles towing my 9k lb camper. Got 75k miles out of that set...I was amazed. Hopefully the at52's I bought to replace them are that good.
Probably the best tires ive ever bought.
I previously had AT 51 on my ranger & replaced them with AT52. I am so happy and satisfied with Kumho 😊💪🇨🇿
Really excited for the long-term review
Thanks for the review, having a full set of these fitted tomorrow in the UK 👍 they are a great value AT tyre for us over here.
well,i am living in the province of Quebec, canada.i just baught a set of 4 for my Ranger 2007,,,
i could let you know later (next winter) how they perform here in my region of the province.
i am in a region where we have snow and melted snow most of the time,
i have confinace in his design
will see next winter ,
ps sometime the temperature can go as -30 celsius so will see how they react on cold.
i never used 4 seasons and have our SNOW flake for the regulation here in the province

Great time to see a review on these ones... think it's time to replace my tyres and Tyrepower are running these for this month's special.
i bought AT52 LT285/70R17 so quite on road and good on wet ! Every Nice tire
My immaturity can't get past the brand name.
How's your ma doing?
Awesome review. How far off is the long term review on the Toyo open country AT3’s? 😊
Just had a set of these fitted to a Ram 1500.
Initial thoughts are they are smooth quiet & provide decent wet & dry grip considering the V8 grunt from the big Hemi full throttle application hasn’t revealed any lack of traction.
I’ve noticed they love holding onto stones & they seam to track at freeway speeds perhaps more than the original 285/45/22 did that’s about the only negative.
Noticed my tyre shop might have not installed them correctly given they are asymmetrical and the side bitters don’t match both sides that might be causing the slight tracking?
I replaced my Continental TerrainContact A/T with AT52. It’s a very quiet and comfortable ride. The rolling resistance seems lower.
I have these on my Tundra 2016. They are great! Very quiet and handle amazing. 400 miles so far lol. 😊
Just bought these for my Bt-50 and they are great in the wet.
I’ve had them on a 2015 Tacoma Trd sport for two years. They still look new, haven’t worn much at all driving 13,000 miles a year. Other than that I can’t say much. That rear wheel drive truck is the scariest vehicle I’ve ever driven in the snow. It just feels like the hand of god plucked you up out of no where and shakes you around.
How are the sidewall’s on these? I know 2ply but some are stronger then others
Pretty good pricing also. Nice review. Talked me into getting some for my tacoma
Did you buy them?
Looks like a great tire for nasty snow covered roads in cold climates. Probably not much for mud but north eastern North America would work. Good for rain too.
Was there an update on the long term tyre test of these ?
which is lighter? this or toyo oc at3?
I have them in 285/70r17 on my jk 2015,very stable,no noise at all and feels like driving on clouds, barely feeling pot holes or road bumps
Can't find it with 6 ply only 10 ply do they make them in 6 ply
I want to ask what is the tread depth in the kumho at52 255/70 r18 tire
I'm considering these for 35/12.5/17
I've looked for price and size and now recently I've started looking into tire weight. Of course knowing I'm getting 35. Maybe I shouldn't be so concerned on MPG
But I couldn't believe these tires weigh in at 45 lb
I’ve had those on my Tacoma for a year. I use my truck for work. We’ve had record rain and flooding this winter in California.
These tires NEVER slip and goes through flooded roads like a knife through butter.
I bought these for that exact advertised reasons and the advertisement has been spot on.
How many mile have you gotten out of theses tyres so far?
@@boardhound7777 I got them last spring. I drive 10+ k a year
are they better than toyo at3 or falken wp at3w?
@@acc1tester398 reread what I wrote.
Then ask someone else that question.
@jusskitten9773 are they a noisy tyre in your opinion
Do you plan on testing this tire soon?
After research I’ve noticed the mild hype on these tires… they now belong on my 2020 ranger XLT . It’s true, solid boot.
do you think it's better than toyo oc at3?
Toyo may look a little better, but overall for that price point.. and roughly 300 miles later… super quiet, super light.. overall great tire from Kumho, that will go toe to toe with the Toyo OC AT3.
You done the long term review of these?
Wish it has a rim guard
Wonder how it make in wet comparing to new BFO, which are nice but extremely poor in wet due to close outside pattern design. And no one is talkinkg about in reviews....mm shame
We need real test off-road
Cayenne Transsyberia
Спасибо, заказал на Тойота Тундра 2023 г. В размере 305 55 20 регион 95
Great review, but you spelled "Tire" wrong.
Are you a yank? In countries that speak English like Australia, the UK, some of India, probably still Canada, NZ and probably more, we spell tyre the way it is meant to be spelled. In USA where people don't get a proper education it is just spelled phonetically like little kids do. 😉
Looks remarkably like a Hankook AT2…
Fitting the nose..lol
Why no one talks about the recommended tire inflation by Psi 🤦🏻♂️
Will be my 5th set of Khumos, not looking forward to buying the 52's (I AM BUYING) because some genius stopped making the best tyre in the world, AT 51's.
Just shows the lack of research, Not a SINGLE AT51 available in AUSTRALIA
Can understand this guy, what language?
