Those would be the Prince of Persia series, God of War games, Burnout series, Need For Speed games (Early ones), Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed IV, Metal Gear Solid series, Half Life series, Hollow Knight, Bioshock, Fallout series, Mario series, The Legend of Zelda game series etc...

Telltale's Batman was dark and that was a good thing. They didn't try to sugar-coat anything. I don't think Batman is supposed to be light-hearted.
The Vales' murder especially, along with their torture chamber were unsettling.
The doll in said chamber and the walls covered in various drawings of Vicki's new persona, claw marks, shackles, and belts honestly freaked me out.
And Joker, for his minor part in the first game, always feels like Joker should. Maybe it's the laughter, maybe it's the smile, but he always seemed like he enjoyed the chaos of Arkham Asylum.
He just sits there as the patients beat the doctors. He doesn't participate, but watches. He isn't concerned, but seems to be enjoying himself. And that was the most unsettling part about that scene.

I loved John Doe he was like the brother I never had! 😭 Also I liked Agent Iman Avesta and I loved what they did like what if Luicus Fox Died in this universe what if Riddler died as well what would Tiffany Fox Be like in Season 3 especially if you give her a second chance! Would her brother Luke be in Season 3! Would Gordon find out the truth about Bruce being forced undercover by the Agency from Director Waller and especially the truth about Bruce being Batman! How strong would the romance be between Batman and Catwoman aka Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle! What would Avesta do to help in Season 3 when you tell her to come work with you! What would happen with John Doe in the Vigilante Joker Version especially when you tell him you thought of him as your friend the whole time especially in that after credit scene! Would Alfred come back in Season 3 if you say goodbye and let him go! And where would Bruce go from here not to mention after he found out the dark truth about his father being a criminal in Season 1 and would Vicki Vale aka Lady Arkham still be alive somehow would we see Two-Face and Penguin Again! Would Amanda Waller still keep her word and stay out of Gotham City! I also wish Gordon could have found out the truth about Bruce being forced undercover by the Agency from Director Waller and especially the truth about Bruce being Batman it would have definitely been one less problem to deal with after what happened in episode 3 of Season 2 I mean when I told Tiffany the truth in episode 3 things worked out in the end I wish Telltale could have gave us the option to tell Gordon the truth about Bruce just like they did with Tiffany! Troy baker is a good batman he may not be as good as the late Kevin Conroy but he definitely plays a better batman than the actor who voiced in the animated DC film batman soul of the dragon. You made an excellent tribute to this game.

Almost a perfect summary of decisions I went through, except BatCat - didn't want to retread the expected mainline trope yet again, despite the game repeatedly trying to serve it up on the platter. She is out on the streets, best enough for her. Let this Elseworld be something, well, else.

I love season 1 and 2 I want a season 3
People like to forget about this series, but both games, especially the first, are some of the greatest batman experiences ever created. The darkness, the self doubt and loathing. That's what Batman is. As someone who lost his father at 18, before I graduated high school, I feel myself becoming more and more like Bruce Wayne/Batman by the day.

@@AmaranthOff me too, because Bruce can’t give up his mission and not to mention this Bruce is only 32 years old and too young to give up being batman and if we created vigilante joker Alfred’s points don’t make that much sense.
And which joker did you create villain or vigilante?
@@mghwd2513 That was my thought process behind that decision to give up Alfred or the cowl. Batman is the central identity, and Bruce Wayne is the facade.
I think In my first playthrough, I created the villain Joker. He was just too far gone to take any more chances on, IMO. However, to make this video, I played both paths and ended up enjoying the vigilante path far more than the villain path :))
@@AmaranthOff I agree, Vigilante path is better and in the end we can save joker (kind of), and not to mention if we get the vigilante joker not many people die and Bruce still has the moral ground to be Batman and Alfred leaving in vigilante joker doesn’t make much sense and yes, Bruce can’t ever give up being batman for anyone or anything. It’s who he is and he always will be Batman.
@@mghwd2513 I completely agree, especially towards the end of season 2. Things aren't so black and white, which I really appreciated. It made things so much more intriguing and intense, IMO. Plus, Bruce tells Selina that he loves her, which was the icing on the cake, such a lovely moment.
