I don't have allergies but I prefer to eat a oil free diet because research shows that oil even olive oil isn't as healthy as it is promoted so a olive oil allergy is a good allergy to have. Because all oils are processed/junk food. I would rather eat whole plant foods.

We've wanted to make videos for years but always gave ourselves excuses like: "We need professional lighting", "Our kitchen isn't nice enough", "Our filming equipment isn't good enough"... etc. But we finally just decided to hell with the excuses! The predicaments are never gonna be perfect and that's ok! Because our first and foremost objective is to get our recipes out to the vegan community! And hopefully even curious meat eaters. Being vegan is our life and cooking/baking vegan is our passion. There's been so many trials and errors and coming from an ethnic family there have been so many recipes that we couldn't find veganized online so we had to make them ourselves. So we really just wanted to share our wisdom and love and passion with the community that we feel so belonged to. I apologize for the self promotion but we know how supportive the vegan community can be and we think that ultimately there's no shame in reaching out for support. We are just super excited to start our journey and appreciate it if you check out our channel. Form someone who has made homemade Nutella... don’t use a food processor. The process (😉) is SO much faster when u put the nuts in a blender on high

That sounds like a great short cut. If you are vegan though you might want to find a vegan version of nutella because the actual brand nutella has skim milk I believe.
It may be difficult to roll the spread around a hazelnut if it’s a creamy store bought one... but I’m sure one could figure out something.
If you do, I would suggest using the Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter.
Store bought nutellas have low nut percentage and more sugar, so you'd need to add more haz butter.

I think she owns a Ninja brand blender or Vitamix, both are super great high powered blenders for these types of recipes :)
I'm pretty sure Frangelico is a hazelnut liqueur. At least, the classic liqueur does not have any coffee flavour.

I made these last night and used store bought almond butter, so as long as it's not a nutella type spread (with added sugar), it will work!
it may not be doughy enough? maybe add some almond flour just so it becomes more like a dough consistency?
