These are the best chocolate bars I have ever tasted! Absolutely wonderful good! I'm going to drop the regular Christmas presents this year and make the chocolate bars here, strawberry jams and pickles for friends and grown ups familymembers. A small basket with homemade goodies. Lauren can’t wait to try them these bars look amazzzinng... You’ve could have tempered the chocolate to avoid it from melting in room temperature and instead of dipping the bar you could have drizzled the top and once its set, dip the bottom.
i use the double fork method to dip and it works super well. Also i dont think its just the chocolate, i've made similar caramel before and it completely melts at room temperature.

I’ve tried caramel with coconut oil, PB and maple syrup. It was pretty tasty, not as thick as yours tho! I’m definitely making these to impress family and friends for Christmas lol

Yum! This looks fairly easy to use! Also I like how you made the caramel! It's almost exactly how we would make a Filipino dessert called biko! I used to eat the sauce straight out of the pan and my mom would get mad because it would be all gone before she could add it to our sweet rice lol
My brother and I made your gnudi and oh that pesto was really wicked good! He wants to make more things that are vegan. So this weekend we will be watching a bunch of your videos to see what he wants to make next. I am tring to teach him to cook. Hes 22 and still kinda lazy in the kitchen at times. We kinda forgot the green onions in the gnudi but it was good with out it. I want to try this with almond butter and carob.

Craig Jones omgggg yes she should come up with a recipe if that’s possible!! Dark chocolate covered nougat was one of my favourites before going vegan🤤
sweet simple vegan has a recipe for vegan Snickers bars on her Channel. You can also make vegan nougat you just have to use aquafaba in place of the egg whites and choose a chocolate that is vegan. I'm pretty sure they use dark chocolate and sweet simple vegan recipe and that's what I prefer but you could probably just use a vegan version of a lighter chocolate if you wanted to.
Nougat is one of my all time fave candies but I think it's different to the American version. You guys have really fluffy whipped nougat. The nougat I like is really dense and has white chocolate, cranberries and pistachios in it. Either way I wish they'd come out with a vegan version too!
@@jl4260 Well, we were referring to the type in Snickers bars. They have both in America. I've had the white Italian kind as well, called Torrone, that just isn't the kind they put in Snickers bars. Torrone is easier to find during the holidays, but yes it does exist here. I've made it from scratch before, but I haven't had a vegan version.
YUM is all I can say ❤️ what the hell Lauren, these are perfection: texture, looks, taste (I can bet on it) just EVERYTHING about them is so so yum. When I feel like indulging in sugar these will be top of the list.

It's not additives that keep the chocolate from melting, it's the tempering and the crystal structure of the cacao butter.
Nelly's organics has a version closest to snickers I have had since going vegan. So making this recipe 🤤
