    Bro don’t do a flush on the trans just do a drain and fill, and it’s supposed to be every 30k miles that you change the trans fluid other wise that 3rd gear will start to mess up. Usually when people have 3rd hear issues it’s cause the valve body is going out I just replaced mine on my fbo RS

    You should swap to 5w30 0w20 was meant for better mpg and other regulations and use Nissan gtr filter also manifold gauge pressure is the turbos psi not the boost bank

  • @Aspen910
    @Aspen910 4 месяца назад +3

    You should have your oil pressure on your dashboard. SonicTuned has a recent blog post about him seeing a car per month destroy the engine because of an oil solenoid that goes bad. You want to be seeing 50-55psi in high RPMs. The VR30 has a low enough oil pressure as it is, definitely want to be monitoring that. Replacing the part if it’s low can fix the problem and save the motor.
    And those akebono pads just scream. Pretty normal for performance pads, brake dust build up. It will go away and then pop up on another side. Aston Martin has the loudest brake squeak, so I just pretend I’m in a Aston 😂

    Looking to get tuned by AMS. Just moved to Illinois for work. I want their stage 3 package 450whp & 500wtq

    • @josewraps
      @josewraps  9 месяцев назад +2

      I wanted to get tuned by AMS as well. They actually don’t do tuning in California so that’s why I had to go with racebox. I will probably say if you want to go reliability go ams and if you want a little more power go racebox. Racebox is good at both reliability and power. Also that’s basically what I have the AMS stage 3 1/2 🤣 I have all the stage 3 things plus low pressure fp, flex fuel, and running e30. Personally I don’t know anyone tuned by AMS but I’m sure you can’t go wrong.

    • @josewraps
      @josewraps  9 месяцев назад +1

      Another thing too is that all the parts on my car are AMS except for the Catback (MBRP) and catch can (mishimoto). That made me lean towards getting tuned by AMS however ultimately ended up with Racebox

    • @Q6IXTY
      @Q6IXTY 9 месяцев назад

      @@josewraps yeah bro I’m from the IE. I would’ve went racebox if I didn’t move to Chicago. I know AMS is able to send base tune files directly to their customers no matter how far but its not a custom tune. I have the fast intentions cat back exhaust on my Q, love the sound of it. MBRP is nice too!

    • @josewraps
      @josewraps  9 месяцев назад

      @@Q6IXTYonly reason I got the MBRP is because it’s one of the only cat backs that’s 3” which mounts up perfectly to the 3” AMS LDP. Also I love the sound
