Anyone else out there in a love/hate relationship with their job? I mean, I get to be creative every day, which is freaking awesome But let's be real, some days are just a struggle bus . You ever feel like you gotta pretend no one will judge your work? Or hit a creative wall and just... ugh. Spend hours crafting something only to realize it's a total flop?
This video hit me HARD because it's SO true! We all have that strange urge to create, to put things out there, even if it means facing potential judgement. ♀Some days we love our jobs, some days we wanna scream at our bosses, and sometimes just getting a job feels like a miracle in itself. But hey, that's the strange beauty of being human, right? This constant urge to create, to make something new, even if it fails sometimes .

Exactly! It triggers my trauma to come up to the surface. Once, I was jobless with a Master Degree of English education. I've got a job as a teacher for 3 years with a minimum wage of Jakarta and still have to work as a non-permanent lecturer and tutor for 3 universities. My colleagues hate me, love me, care for me, and envy me at the same time. Working from Monday to Saturday was fine, but I'm getting old and my body aching. I just wanna cry and apply for PhD. I'm too scared thinking if someday I must start the cycle again after I graduate and come back to my home country with more challenging days.

Bawling because I have always had a hard time keeping a job and now it’s hard finding a job because they think I am unreliable but in reality my Tism sense of justice makes unhealthy employers let me go, and isn’t that 100 to 5 ratio of healthy to unhealthy workplaces. Sigh
