@@joehopkins9749 first you need to start juicing and going raw vegan and fast regularly! There's no quick fix!

There is a heat process bundle in loading ?
I mean it is the big question because how to efficiency cooking ? Clearly raw vegan myth is based on limited damage but we have to level up, cooking is not the enemy, we lacked of practice. Look at asian people they care about the process of cooking, they don't degenerate like western people. I'm a bit of disappointed than you don't put your idea John because I really think you're on the right line about this
However it's a massive work, thank you for the effort
The raw bundle is an amazing deal that has all raw recipes! I believe that most people (raw vegans excluded) need to eat MORE RAW foods, as most people do not eat enough fruits and veggies. Most of my diet is raw. That being said, I believe small amounts of heat-processed foods can be beneficial.
