Thank you for the video. Blanched collard greens make excellent wraps, or peel, chop up and boil a medium cassava root, drain and then smash it up with a green plantain to make a dough that makes excellent wraps, also Otto’s brand cassava flour makes excellent wraps too ( recipe on the bag)

OIL FREE TOO, health food store, or bulk, take the seeds and grind for yourself. In your videos, do you use processed oils??? I need recipes and it's hard to find them without them using oils.

how long does a dehydrated food item last. dehydrating food takes so long. if they must be eaten immediately then the time taken seems too much.

Excellent. it's hard to avoid oils. I prefer to use avocado oil in cooking which is readily available these days in the grocery store.
Do I have to bake it a low temperature for that long? Can I just put it higher at less minutes? I Love the idea. But I don't eat raw.
