    The recipe used to be accessed as a newletter sign up bonus, but I can list the ingredients for you here: 3 large carrots, 1 medium onion, 1 cup ground flaxseed, 2 tablespoons wheat free tamari, 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove. I think I’ll go ahead and post the recipe for others now- Thanks for asking!

    Thank you for the video. Blanched collard greens make excellent wraps, or peel, chop up and boil a medium cassava root, drain and then smash it up with a green plantain to make a dough that makes excellent wraps, also Otto’s brand cassava flour makes excellent wraps too ( recipe on the bag)

      How long how long do you dehydrate the cassava root green banana blend? Have you baked it and what would that be

    for flipping with food dehydrator just lay one of the shelves on top and flip over and you are done without worries

    how long does a dehydrated food item last. dehydrating food takes so long. if they must be eaten immediately then the time taken seems too much.

    118 and under is considered raw everyone.. over is cooked and considered not raw

      Thnaks, but no thnaks. I must come forward and clarify my lie. I actually always go 105°. It's my sweet spot when dehydrating both my food and my psilocybin mushrooms. I cannot go around being someone that I'm not, and I feel today it's time I decide to be honest. Thnak you, though.

    OIL FREE TOO, health food store, or bulk, take the seeds and grind for yourself.
    In your videos, do you use processed oils??? I need recipes and it's hard to find them without them using oils.

      Excellent. it's hard to avoid oils. I prefer to use avocado oil in cooking which is readily available these days in the grocery store.

    Do I have to bake it a low temperature for that long? Can I just put it higher at less minutes? I Love the idea. But I don't eat raw.

      you can if the "raw" properties aren't important to you

      150-175 degrees in the oven.
