A little known truth: I've never come back to a video to leave a second comment. This is my one and only exception.
I followed the recipe down to the minute, and I swear on everything holy, I've never had pork chops like this before. I'm never going to eat pan fried chops again. Unbelievable! My son's face said it all to me, and it meant the world to me, seeing him closer his eyes and savour his dinner for the first time, ever. I make a mean streak, and an even better burger, but he said this was the best meat is ever brought to the table.
I don't know if you're still making cooking videos, but you earned my subscription. Thank you for this one.
    😘👌

Which cuts are the butterfly chops? I've found them to be the best chops for grilling. They are my favorite cuts of pork, putting aside cuts of pork which are better to be cured or smoked (leg cuts for ham, pork bellies for bacon), the butterfly chops are the best cuts for grilling straight as they are. They're great with barbeque sauce

This is another great recipe that you have shared. And, this recipe makes the pork result look so incredible. We are gonna try these this week, because Beef is becoming so expensive. So, I want other ways to try and cook new things. Thank you for sharing these recipes and ideas, because the days of $ 1.99/pound brisket or sales of 99-cent/pound brisket might be gone. Best brisket price has always been around holidays, but I am not sure if they will keep giving good deals like in the past. So, we can't afford $ 5.49 for the higher grade brisket prices. That's why we are learning from RUclipsrs (like you and others). Because, for us, prices are skyrocketing to eat out in early 2024, and it's not possible to spend $20/25 per person eating out. So, we are going to master how to cook things at home and cut all the Middle-Men and do it ourselves, saving that precious money.
