As Marc Stein puts it, he grew up as a “very typical Jewish kid in LA.” But as he grew and gained success in business, his life became anything but typical. It wasn’t until a series of personal and professional failures, that he recognized his need for something more: faith in Yeshua. Success began to look different to Stein. Since then, he has served in executive positions in three different ministries. Today, Marc and his wife, Sylvia, reside in a little coastal community in Southern California, and have five children and eight grandchildren living across the country.

Dear brothers in Christ, I have to add that I, being not even Jewish in this lifetime, have ALSO become more Jewish since knowing our Lord and Savior Yeshua the Christ! After reading the New Testament numerous times and finally going back to read the Old Testament a few times, I felt a profound bond with my Jewish brothers and sisters through Jesus Christ and His teachings. Our Heavenly Father has been telling us of the coming of the Messiah since at least Genesis 1:26... Praying for Israel to look to Yeshua as the "way, the truth, and the life" and to know Him for who He is: the true Messiah! God bless you all.

1:44 "The scales fell from the eyes of a blind man" In Acts 9, we read of such an occurrence in the life of the Pharisee Saul (later Paul) who was blinded on the road to Damascus as part of his conversion to Christ. A few days later, a believer named Ananias was sent by God to lay hands on Saul and pray for him. And then, "something like scales fell from his [Saul's]eyes."
I am so grateful for these shared testamonies. As a Gentile, the Bible is difficult to understand culturally at times, so it is fascinating to hear of Jewish people who come to Christ through the familiarity of the New Testament. ♡♡♡

Jesus is the Messiah!
God's glory entered and filled the temple at its dedication Exodus 40:9; 1 kings 8:11; 3 Chronicles 5:14; Ezekiel 43:5 and finally Revelation 15:8.
The glory departed when Israel depended on the power and the presence of the ark of the covenant rather than on the God of the covenant 1 Samuel 4:2. The glory entered and filled the temple at the dedication, when Solomon prayed and made a huge sacrifice 2 Chronicles 7:3, and subsequently but reluctantly departed finally from the midst of the people when it became certain that the people of God were going into captivity Ezekiel chapters 8-11, because of their blatant immorality and idolatry.
Thus the book of God's dealing with Israel was going to be shut until the land got its 70 years rest: Jeremiah 29:12; Daniel 9:2, then they will be resettled in the promised land.
But by the 69th week year, Israel hasn't learned obedience, so the book was shut in Daniel 12:4: no one can have access to it, whether literate or illiterate. Isaiah 29:10-14.
No one was found worthy to go get the book from the right hand of Him that sat on the throne and that was completely sealed, except the Lamb- Who is the Lion from the tribe of Judah, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ only! Revelation 5.
He came into the world, entered into the synagogue (He, the Glory of God came in amongst His people), and took the book and opened it, thus heralding the gospel coming of the kingdom of God among His people Luke 4:16-19; Daniel 9:24c; Isaiah 61:2a.
Thus, He ushered in the acceptable year of the Lord, before it culminates into the day of the vengeance of our God, or the tribulation.
The acceptable year of the Lord and the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom of God transitioned into the preaching of the gospel of grace, when Israel rejected Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the Son of man, (He left the temple, thus The Glory departed from the midst of His people, Matthew 23:37-39, 24:1), and He was crucified, died, and was buried John 12:32). He arose the 3rd day and ascended into the heavenly places, sprinkled His blood on the mercy Seat, for the propitiation of the sins of all who would simply believe- both Jews and gentiles.
When the number of believers are complete, the second part of the prophecy will begin to unfold: the day of vengeance of our God. Isaiah 6:2b; 63:4; Psalm 2:5, 9...
This has already started, when all places of worship were permitted to be shut, a couple of years back, and now we are entering and witnessing the beginning of the end of the gospel of grace: meaning, no more salvation by grace through faith in the sacrificial and finished work of salvation of the soul of man by Jesus Christ on Calvary, until Israel is restored into the promised land Ezekiel 36, then God will begin to deal with them again, until the gospel of the kingdom culminates into the end of the world system.
There may still be a window of opportunity, however it is getting so slim. Thus, God will no longer be available to anyone directly or otherwise.
This time, the book will not be shut until it is all fulfilled Revelation 22:10.
The next event is the coming down of the Head of the body from heaven at the last trumpet sound.
We have witnessed the soundings of trumpets a while back, they're even recorded and posted on RUclips for reference. I believe this is where the saints that were asleep in the Lord are being raised to take their particular places in the body (hence all the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions and tsunamis and sinkholes in many and diverse places, they're being resurrected).
When we hear the last trumpet blow, it will be time for us that are alive and remain to go up to occupy our individual places as members of His body. 1 Thessalonians chapters 4-5.
Then, the being that they will become will be that gigantic Creature that was made and was subject to vanity will have its hope fulfilled Romans 8:7-39, when this flesh will be discarded and we put on the glory that the Son had promised John 17:23.
This Creation will rest on the mount of Olives, Zechariah 14, which will split into two, to make a way of escape for the elect Jews until the end of the tribulation Matthew 24:21, 38-44, after which the third gospel- the everlasting gospel, Revelation 14:6-7, be preached by the angel, so that no one will have any excuses on the day of judgment- some may claim that they believed in angels, so that would be for their benefit, and God will be Just and Righteous when He metes out His justice! Revelation 14:9-20- 19:1-15; Isaiah 66:24; Psalm 2:9-12.
Then the millennium will begin, also, the last part of Isaiah 61:2c, where God will comfort all that mourn. Man will go back to the way he was in Genesis 5; Isaiah 65, but will now live out the whole 1000 years or 1 day curse, so that the new heaven and the new earth can be prepared like it was in the garden of Eden, now, only for the righteous, and those that endure till the end Genesis 3:3; Revelation 2:7.
Finally, man can now live for all eternity in his new and glorious body- flesh and bone-! (Which has always been the bane of the devil's existence, for we will be as He is, restored, in all His glory, that was lost in Eden!
John 17; Luke 24:39; Ephesians 5:30; Genesis 2:23; 2 Samuel 5:1...This is the hope and expectation of the believer!
Be encouraged.
And the Apostle Paul was the last desciple to be called by Jesus Luke 18:22. I believe he was also present at the time of the baptism of Jesus Christ, because he would have known about John the Baptist and everything he said concerning the Messiah, which could have prompted him, as a Pharisee of pharisees, to seek out validation from him in Luke 18.
1) The rich young ruler's main concern was to "inherit eternal life " vs 18. He judged himself worthy because he believed he had been obeying all the laws.
2) He had been listening to Jesus's teachings and was convinced that he was a man of authority, though, he wasn't ready to accept the fact He could be the Messiah, so he approached Jesus in a condescending manner- as he was a pharisee and they believed themselves to be above everyone else. So, he sucked up to Jesus by calling Him "Good Master ". Jesus saw through him and responded in a way that means He was God, if Paul believed that He was good, and went on to poke holes in his legalistic beliefs- he believed he never committed adultery, but Jesus taught that to just look on a maiden lustfully already constituted a breaking of the law, so was bearing false witness, which they were notorious for, but wouldn't admit to, so he was indirectly stealing from the temple coffers in the name of doing business for God Galatians 1:14; as was not honoring their fathers and mothers in the name of bringing offerings to the temple etc. and finally, told him to get rid of the source of his pride: his wealth, and distribute to the poor, as they usually pretended to do to look good before the people. He wasn't ready to even exchange that to gain eternal life, which Jesus understood (and gave him time before answering his calling vs 22).
He began to follow Jesus from then onwards, persecuting Him just to get physical proof on Him as a fraud. I believe he was behind all the questions to get Jesus to break the laws- including paying taxes (Jesus was called the Son of David, David and his house have been tax exempt by King Saul, for slaying Goliath, by this they're negating His relationship with King David, hence, cannot be the Messiah, they even insult Him of being born of fornication, as Mary got pregnant before getting married John 8:41 etc.)
3) I believe he spearheaded the group that deceived Judas to betray Him, and those they bought to shout "crucify him " over and over again until Jesus was crucified on the cross. He really did persecute Jesus and by so doing, get to follow Him as other desciples, learning from His teachings all along, even sneaking behind to witness the last supper to confidently say he received it of the Lord
1 Corinthians 11:23, to make hin an Apostle born out of due time - long after his calling 1 Corinthians 15:8.
3) His anger made him turn his his back on his own life, and began to persecute everyone linked to Jesus, from Stephen up till the time he fell off his high horse- so to speak, and was forced to come to reality of who Jesus Christ really was- The Son if man(David), The Son of God, which he knew all along but his legalistic mind was resisting it: he finally called Jesus "Lord", though subconsciously, but he always knew He was Lord when he heard His voice again Acts 9:4-5.
After this, he became so overzealous enough to begin to let everyone know that "Jesus was the Son of God, and the Messiah" vs 20,22. He began to immediately experience persecution himself, which got him to Arabia, where he had ample time and opportunity to review all the proof he had collected while he was persecuting Jesus 2 Timothy 4:13. (That was why he could write with so much understanding of the Lord in all his epistles).
4) Philippians 3 was where he finally came to terms with the fact that all his wealth could not be exchanged for the knowledge of Christ and gaining eternal life- his all life pursuit Luke18:18! This came at a price though- he lost all his fortune, that he wasn't willing to give up at that time: Luke 18:18-30, calling them "dung." But now, forgetting all his past life, and pressing towards the prize of the "high calling " of Jesus, as he now sees it!
That was why it was easy for the other desciples to extend to him the right hand of fellowship as the Apostle of the gentiles Galatians 2:9.
That was also why he could withstand the other desciples when they were preaching the law and circumcision together with the grace of God in Christ Jesus in Acts 15. Immediately after preaching in the synagogue that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, Acts 9:20-22, God sent Barnabas to help him fulfill his calling, and spread the gospel if salvation to both Jews and gentiles, especially the gentiles.
The gospel of the salvation of our souls is simply by grace through faith in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the completed work of the cross that no one can add to or remove from by doing good or bad. The Holy Spirit was sent to guide, teach, interpret, and keep until the end, John 14:26. Thus,He quickenes the believers and takes them all up at rapture. Until then, we give ourselves to studying the scriptures to make ourselves approved unto God as workmen that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth-daily!
That was the reason why the Apostle loved his Jewish brethren so much that he wouldn't mind being accursed, as long as they can all (the 12 tribes), be saved! Romans 9:3!
That was the reason he endures so much beatings and maltreatment from the Jews, who really hated him, but he continued to concern himself with them, even took up collection of money for the Jewish belivers, even though he was sent to the gentiles-39 stripes 5 timed, got shipwrecked, got bitten by a venomous snake, but like the Duracell battery, he still kept going strong till the end! How stinky and painful and full of putrefying sores, his body must have been, yet he kept on going...
So he ran and finished his course and ensured that the outcast tribe of Benjamin, finally has a place in the body of Jesus Christ, and will sit with Him on the right hand of the throne of God, in heavenly places!
He made and left us all a legacy, so we can all make it. Thus, he is free from the blood of everyone who rejects so great a salvation story!

Revelation 3:9 - “Note this: I will make those from the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews and are not, but are lying - I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and they will know that I have loved you."

I know your WORKS and your grief and the poverty, but you are rich and (I know) the BLASPHEMY of them who say for themselves they are Jews but are NOT, but are synagogue of Satan - this is the perfect tramslation.
Jesus Christ knew that the Pharisees were Babylonian Talmudists, he did not mention the Jewish Folk. The Pharisees live today in the sect of Chabad Lubavitcher. (Through the Pseudomessias Sabbetai Zevi, 1666 in Ottoman Empire). In Revelation 2.9 Christ speaks to the Bishof of Smyrna (today Izmir in Turkey) and oh "coincidense" this Pseudo Messias, Sabbetai Zevi, was born in Smyrna! After the Jewish people rejected him, he became a Muslim! His followers (a sect of "Jewish"-Moslems) are called in Turkey "Donmeh).
Is called Erev Rav (mixed multitude), anybody claiming jewishness without following Torah.
Always look at the context of a sentence, who wrote it, for who, when, what was the situation, what is the whole book about, the chapter etc.. don't be a lawyer/liar, read the whole thing, look at the whole picture.

Actually, God is not dealing with the world on a personal level at this time, but He has made a way for anyone who seeks Him to gain access into fellowship with Him by grace, through faith in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, His only Begotten Son, our Lord and Savior.
Just because a person is touted as a pastor of a church, doesn't mean he/she has this access to God.
How can they dishonor the very very God they purport to represent except they're lying. There's a proverb that says no two people can be deceived- the only person doing the deception is the only one being deceived, just like a blind man who states that he couldn't see only because he has his eyes shut. He wouldn't even see if he had them open. Those deriving some sort of elation from dishonoring the name of God in Christ Jesus, are actually themselves deceived, and they love it so.
God fights His own battles. He says "vengeance is mine, and I will repay " - oh, how He does repay! Unfortunately, they would have forgotten how they got the repayment, so they thump their noses at God in absolute defiance, blaming God for their own actions and their consequences.
Actually, these people are the very ones who seek God in private but think that He wouldn't receive them, thus, they dig deeper into their mischief shamefacedly, rather than be humble and go to God in repentance.
They hurt so much when they're alone and their audience are no where to be found. They pretty up and face them boldfacedly, but hiding their shame and regrets.
Fortunately, the door to salvation of their souls is still open.
Salvation is for them who are tired of living a double life- the one they show to the people around them in order to be cool and accepted, and the real one they're hiding, hoping no one but the Holy Spirit would see.
He does see, and is making this last call.
Whosoever has ear to hear, let him hear and heed this call. They will not have any excuses on that day, for this will be brought to their remembrance, and God, in Christ Jesus will judge righteously and mete out pertinent punishment or rewards.
They can't mess with other religions and idols because they are merciless. They get their followers to fight for them, even kill for them, and even kill themselves in order to be rewarded by them, but these idols don't mess with God or His Anointed people. (But God got His Own Son to die so that anyone who believes in Him should not perish!). Unfortunately, all who are mocking Him and refuse this great work of redemption of their souls, will have to go through everything Jesus Christ went through for them by His cursed death on the cross of Calvary, even more, in order to pay for their sins and mockery of His great grace. Job 14:20-22; 20:11; 21:26, 32; 30:23:24; Psalm 49:14; Isaiah 66:24.
Revelation 19.
But Believers in Christ- Luke 9:27; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 15:51-58; Psalm 49:15; 16:10-11; Isaiah 26:19; Matthew 26:51-53; John 8:51; Ephesians 2:6;1:6 etc.
These demons and devils and gods actually tremble at the mention of the name of Jesus Christ, the name that has been highly exalted above all names in the heaven, on the earth and under the earth!
Everyone has a choice to make, but remember that those who are laughing with you at this time as you blaspheme the name that bought you, will definitely laugh at you on that day if they make a wise choice now! We're still in the acceptable year of the Lord but it's fast closing, the day of vengeance of our God is getting started as we see the signs Luke 4:17-19; Isaiah 61:2; 63:4.
Jesus Christ is Lord of and over all! Amen!
The beginning of sin, the mystery of iniquity began in the garden of Eden, Genesis 4:8-15-24, and was judged in Jesus, in the garden of Gethsemane. (Actually it began with Lucifer, but since he would never receive forgiveness, God began to impute His righteosness as soon as man sinned, and made a way out for him by the blood of the sinless Lamb slain before the foundation of the world, but that lives, sitted on the throne of God in the heavenly places. Ezekiel 28:16, and promptly judged verses 17-19, John 16:11, while man got a 1000 years deferred punishment, which was paid for by the sinless blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, and the complete man, on the cross of Calvary. )
This sin couldn't readily be judged simply because there was no preceding law about being one's brother's keeper that was broken. (Thus, the whole system was destroyed by the flood, and the laws started with that Genesis 9:5-6, until finally judged and finished on the cross John 19:30)
In verse 15, a precedent was laid down for the time it would take to judge sin, 70x7 or 490 years.
That generation was wiped out by the flood, but the precept remained: sin shall be avenged seventy and seven fold. (Matthew 18:21-23).
This was the standard by which Israel also judged, as they also had to spend 70 sabbath years ( or 70x7= 490 years), in exile, outside of the promised land.
When it was the 69th week year Daniel prayed to God, and fasted to remind Him of the imminent due date of the return of God's people to their promised land; but the sin of the Amorite was not yet full, Genesis 15:16, also, Israel was still in rebellion towards God, and the land cannot sustain rebellion- it was Holy!
So, the Messiah had to come and make a way for grace and justification, and righteousness of God to be imputed, so Israel can get back their monarchy, through the house of David, and back to the kingdom of God, by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, as the Son of God, and the Son of man -the promised Son of David, the king of Israel to order His Kingdom Isaiah 9:6; who would ascend His throne as God had promised him. Romans 1:3; Acts 2:30, and come to bring them back to God, Jeremiah 16:16a; Luke 19:10; Matthew 10:5. Instead, they rejected and killed Him.
Thus, from then onwards, the way to God was opened to whosoever would come to Him by grace through the shedding of His blood, by grace through faith in His sacrificial death, burial and resurrection.
They were given the adoption of sons and daughters into the kingdom, which hitherto, they were not permitted Ephesians 2:13; John 1:11-14, becoming heirs and joint heirs of God and the Abrahamic covenanted promises an blessing (Genesis 25:6- the representatives of his other children by Hagar and Keturah, the Kings of the East, could now access and partake of the blessing, and they showed their allegiance and faith, by worshipping Jesus Christ, as a Child!)
Jesus Christ gave His life for all who would simply believe in Him as Lord and Savior, in order to keep them from the wrath of God that will be unleashed upon the Amorite, until the end. Isaiah 63:18; Daniel 8:13; Zechariah 12:3; Luke 21:24; Revelation 11:2.
And eventually, they will be rescued at the second coming of Christ Luke 21:13; Zechariah 14.
He finished the work of salvation of the soul of man John 19:30 and this continues the "acceptable year of the Lord" which began as He took the sealed book of Daniel, 12:4, from God, as the Lamb of God, who alone is Worthy, and opened the seals Revelation 5, and fulfilled the first of the three part of Isaiah 61:2, in Luke 4:16-21, and He SHUT it again. This will run through this dispensation of preaching of the gospel of grace, (which ended the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom, which ended with the stoning of Stephen) by faith in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and He will return to gather His saints from the world, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 15; and present them faultless before the presence of God the Father, with exceeding joy, Jude 24; with victory over sin, devil, death, hell and eternal damnation in the lake of fire and brimstone Isaiah 66:24.
The second dispensation is nearly upon us, at this time Isaiah 63:4, which will usher in the tribulation period when the 70th and last year will be ushered in to finish all transgressions! Daniel 9:24.
( As the Messiah has become the sacrifice for sin, and was dead, buried and rose again from the dead! His shed blood sprinkled on the heavenly mercy seat for propitiation for sins for all who would go to God by and through Him, simply by faith! Ephesians 2:8).
Then, the Lord will return the second time, complete with His body, as a new Creature resting upon the Mount of Olives Zechariah 14, to make a way of escape for the remnants of Israel Matthew 24:31.
Then the battle of armageddon will ensue, and it will end up in total obliteration of this earth. Isaiah 24; Joel chapters 2 and 3, Jeremiah chapters 1-11...; 1 Peter 3 etc.
This is the fullness and end, and judgment of the sin of the Amorite! Matthew 18:21-22; Psalm 75:8; 73:3-17.
Then the new heaven and earth will be created after the conclusion of the millennium- to mark the expiration date of sin and death, like it was back in Eden. Now man will live out the 1000 year curse of death Isaiah 65, (Genesis 5).
Then history will repeat itself when everything reaches full circle- the serpent will be released once again, Revelation 20:1-6, to tempt man as he did with Adam and Eve, those who follow him will get totally judged and cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, together with hell, death, the antichrist, false prophets and all whose portion is with them Isaiah 66:24. Revelation chapters 19-22.
God has perfected the end from the beginning. But as it is written-"My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge " Hosea 4:6, so, "With all thine getting, get understanding " Proverbs 4:7; Luke 24:45. Be filled with and led by the Holy Spirit, and abide in the fold, John 10, until He returns as promised, to take up His purchased possession! John 14:26; Ephesians chapters 1-2!
Then He will set up His kingdom! Isaiah 9:6!

Since Genesis 1:26, when God decided to make man in His image- that sent satan round the bend!
He had always wanted to be like God Isaiah 14:14, and now a mere man, made out o dust - meat for the serpent Genesis 3:14, (believers are lively stones of Jesus Christ, the Living Stone 1 Peter 2:5, impossible for the serpent to devour) the privilege of having God on the inside of Him, Genesis 2:7, John 20:22, making him like God! So, he began to scheme to show God that he was more worthy and God had made a mistake! Who is like God! That was the name God gave the angel He sent to fight against satan and the third of the angels Revelation 12:7, at their mutiny to get God out of heavenly mount Zion- Michael, and he had to call that name numerous times during the battle, which made him smaller and less powerful, until they were cast down to earth and broke all their precious coverings that made them proud Isaiah 14:13 Ezekiel28:13-17 (Now the precious stones adorn the breastplate of the high priest!)
Genesis 3:15, man and satan were each given a seed, and the seed of the serpent will bruise the heel of the seed of the woman, and the seed of the woman will crush the head of the seed of the serpent. Thus, satan began to look for ways to thwart God's plan of having man at His side, so he found ways to steal, kill and destroy! He began to mix the genes of seed of man with his seed and of other creatures Genesis 6. He'd rather spoil the seed of man than have man be redeemed and restored to fellowship, which spells his doom- the crushing of the head of his seed!
So, he began to influence man's decision from then on. Abraham had Ishmael outside of God's will Genesis 15. He thought God would reject Abraham, but God only disciplined him with the sign of circumcision Genesis 16, as a deterrent for Abraham not to think of messing up again before the seed if promise is born, and renewed His covenant in Genesis 17. Since then, satan began to include his own seed to confuse God into blessing it, for if God does destroy it, man wouldn't know which seed was which, so satan followed the first born blessing route. He added Esau with Jacob, and God declared He hated Esau, and loved Jacob, Obadiah, for clarification. Satan messed with Joseph, who was the firstborn of Jacob from his favorite wife, Rachel, and influenced her to steal her father's idols, which would have been a snare, had she succeeded in getting to Bethel with the family, she would have set it up and it would have become a confusion when serving the God of their Fathers, so she was permitted to die, and prophesied about the coming Seed, who would be a suffering Messiah- Benoni, but Jacob changed it to Benjamin, the Son of God's right hand, or the anointed One!
God chose Judah, by grace 1 Chronicles 5:1-2, and satan began to mess with him through his sons. They didn't want to have children, and God dealt with them, and eventually Tamar had a seed with Judah Pharez, but satan added his own- Zerah.
It went on till Moses, when satan put it in Pharaoh to kill all children at the age he believed the Seed would be at that time. He put his seed in Absalom, who was described as perfect as him 2 Samuel 18:, and he succeeded in getting David out of his throne on earthly Mount Zion, which was a replica of heavenly Mount Zion, until he was killed, by hanging on a tree, accursed, with 3 javelins struck his heart,12 Samuel 18:9-17, his source of pride 2 Samuel 14:25-26; Ezekiel 28:17, and instead of the sides of the North, he was cast down and buried on the sides of the pit as prophesied 2 Samuel 18:17; Isaiah 14:15; Luke 10:18-19. Since our Lord decided to redeem man, He took on the nature of man: the promised Seed of Abraham Hebrews 2:16-18.
Satan did the same when Jesus was born, because he didn't know who the seed would be, thus, he made Herod to kill all babies around His age. Now, he sees Jesus baptized, heaven opens and everyone hears the voice of God, validating, confirming Him as His Only Begotten Son , that they must hear and listen to! Matthew 3:17, 17:2-5 Psalm 2:7; Isaiah 9:6-7;
2 Peter 1:17.
This led to his tempting Jesus. 1) to know if He was indeed the long sought promised Seed. 2) if He was, he wanted Him to make a mistake in His response that would destroy God's plan of salvation of and eventual redemption and restoration of man, through Jesus Christ, the Messiah. 3) if He wasn't the Messiah, he would be able to tempt him as others, and lead him to his death- as He would have wanted to prove Himself to satan, and to men, by His own efforts and wisdom.
Thus, satan God people especially, the rich young ruler and Judas, and others, to persecute, during His ministry and on the cross Matt. 27:43.Him such that He wouldn't be able to complete the task He was given by His Father, for the redemption of fallen mankind!
Satan only confirmed He was the Messiah after His death on the cross, and by then, it was too late. Matt. 27:54
He is now finishing what he began at this time, against all who would believe on the Son of God, as heirs and joint heirs of salvation with Him! Now, only a remnant remains from the original See of Promise, 144,000 Jews, from Abraham Isaac and Jacob, and the Body of Christ- very few members, as He is the Head, and a multitude that will be saved by their refusal to worship the beast and pay with their lives- from the seeds of Hagar, and Keturah Genesis 15, 25, who already came to affirm their pledge to Him as the way back into their father's inheritance, through Whom they also have access to God the Father. Genesis 25:; Matthew 2, the Kings from the East, with whom God had no relationship before the advent of the Messiah! Ephesians 2:12.
Man will go back to Eden, there will be a second opportunity and man will prevail Isaiah 65, and the earth will be renewed, the olddestroyerd, Joel 2, 2 Peter 3, in the battle of armageddon. Then, a new heaven and earth created Revelation 21. The Heavenly mount Zion will now be in the midst of man and the Lamb, the Light of it Revelation 21.
In light of this fact that there were two seeds at the beginning, and one is the promised Seed, we all have been given the opportunity to choose, if we want to be on His side, or on the other side, there's no sitting on the fence: God has also made it easy to get our naturalization papers and be adopted into sonship with Jesus Christ, if we so desire John 1:12-14, by grace through faith in the gospel of the salvation of our souls, by the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and he will return to take them all up and out of this world, and present them blameless, with exceeding joy before the throne of His Father, our heavenly Father. Otherwise, we will only be looking forward to the tribulation. No one has to be part of it. Whatever in this world that may make us miss heaven, it's never worth it. Hebrews chapters 6 and 10.
Same thing with Muslim, they are not even allowed to touch it , but with Jewish , they are the ones that suppose to read the New Testament, which completes the Old Testament, I could understand Islam is the farthest it could be from the Bible as whole the New and the Old Testament, cause Quran is just some balblabblab book that contradicts itself
God gave Daniel the end time vision and revelation, and he couldn't understand what he heard and saw. Thus, the bible was shut in Daniel 12:4 because he couldn't comprehend what the angel that talked with him was saying, especially about a Savior who would be cut off- it didn't make any sense, and about the end of the world. He was only praying for God to remember His people in captivity, who are nearing the completion of their 70 years in captivity. It was then the 69th week year, so God sent the angel to let him know that His people were not ready, and they wouldn't be able to return to the promised land- which will reject them, as they were cast out already because of unbelief and disobedience to the law of the land. In His mercy, God was going to play His ultimate card - send His Son to finish the work and restore His people. But, they have to go through the period of the wrath of God, so to spare at least some, God ushered in the dispensation of Grace- whosoever would believe in Him, through the sacrificial death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, His Only Begotten Son, and accept Him as Lord and Savior, will be spared.
Thus, he was told to go rest till the time of the end when everything would've come to pass already and would then be easier to understand.
The book of Revelation is the revealing or clarification of those things that Daniel couldn't understand at that time, especially that of a suffering Messiah, who will later be glorified (Benoni to Benjamin), now made manifest to him and not to the Apostle John as many thought, to whom was revealed the conclusion of the grace dispensation of the church.
Daniel was referred to as "greatly beloved" Daniel 9:23, and the Apostle John often referred to himself as "the desciple whom Jesus loved ", other than that, there's no where in the scriptures where there's any reference whatsoever, to connect him to end time revelations. Thus, Daniel must have been referred to as the man greatly beloved, (like Solomon and Benjamin), rather than by his name in the manuscripts, thus, it was attributed to the Apostle John as the person to whom the vision was revealed. Could it also be possible for Daniel to be the one on the Isle of Patmos since there was a reference of him appearing again at the time of the end in Daniel 12?
Jesus, as the Lamb of God, took the book that was sealed Revelation 5, and opened it physically in Luke 4:17-21, after His baptism and anointing, now filled with Holy Ghost and power, as the Messiah, to begin His ministry, as it was written of Him Psalm 40:6-8. He quoted the first part of Isaiah 61:2 because that was what He had come to fulfill. Isaiah 63:4, let us know that the second part would begin after the completion of the first part.
The day of the Lord's vengeance is now upon the world. The acceptable year of the Lord is fast closing. Let's endure till the end by His grace. In Jesus' name. Luke 4:17-18, Isaiah 61:2, 63:4, 34:8; 35:4, 33:22. Psalm 91.
We have no excuses. The bible will be shut again very soon, as the Holy Spirit that was sent to teach, help us understand, interpret to and lead us until the time of the end would have taken all Believers up and out of this world, thus, the bible returning to how it was in Isaiah 28:11-12; Amos 8:11-12. Everything written and revealed is unfolding.
They have started to make sense as the day draws near.
The whole counsel of God will be fulfilled, and then the end will come.
As Catholics we read both the Old and the New Testament. Both are as important especially to see the predictions about Jesus, and how they have been fulfilled.
At every Mass, there are readings from the Old AND the New Testament.
As a convert Catholic I reacted to Marc's statement also.....curious how old ideas don't get authenticated and corrected. I was raised in the South and never knew that my mother's maternal line were Russian-Polish Jews that adopted Protestant attitudes about Catholics. I mean...where do they think the early books of the New Testament came from...?....(ie: Catholic Monasteries throughout the world).

Hebrews 9:1-9 says that the veil in the temple separated the Holy of Holies-where God's presence resided-from the rest of the temple where humans resided. This symbolized man's separation from God due to sin (Isaiah 59:1-2). The High Priest was the only one allowed to cross this veil once a year (Exodus 30:10; Hebrews 9:7) to enter God's presence on behalf of all the people of Israel to atone for their sins (Leviticus 16).
The height of Solomon's Temple was 30 cubits (1 Kings 6:2), but Herod increased this height to 40 cubits according to the writings of Josephus, a first-century Jewish historian. There is disagreement about the exact measurement of the cubit, but we can say that this veil was approximately 60 feet in height. Josephus also says that the veil was 4 inches thick and that if two horses were tied at both ends they would not have been able to tear it. The Book of Exodus says that this thick veil was made of blue, purple, scarlet, and twined linen, the work of a skilled weaver.
The size and thickness of the veil make what happened at the moment of Christ's death on the cross extremely important. “Then Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and gave up the ghost. When God- THE FATHER created Adam in His image, THE SON, he was alive, but his soul was dead. Thus, God breathed His Breath of life, the HOLY SPIRIT into his nostrils, Genesis 1:26-27; 2:7.
So, Adam, man, became a living soul. The Godhead was complete in him.
Adam sinned, fell, lost his glory (he no longer had the Holy Spirit, he also list the likeness of God the Son, whose image he bore, and was clothed with the flesh of a sinless animal, which God had to get up from His Sabbath rest to kill in order to cover his nakedness. So, Adam carried a body wrapped in flesh, as we have this day Genesis 5:3, no longer in the image of God!
Since it was Adam, complete the image of God,and filled with the Holy Spirit that sinned, an animal can never pay for his sin. Instead, God sought out Abraham who would be the one through whom the seed of man ( as it was originally when God gave Satan and the woman each seed Genesis 3:15) would eventually be restored into its original composition, from the beginning.
Satan didn't play fair but tried to usurp the firstborn position of the seed of man, which may eventually be the winner. So, he tried so hard throughout the generations of Abraham to mess up the lineage: he brought out his seed first in Abraham - Ishmael, God said no, but Isaac came; placed his seed together with Jacob, Esau, who pushed Jacob out of the way, and quickly put out his hand to be the first born, but he later sold this right back to Jacob; he persecuted Joseph, who was most likely to the next in line for the blessing, into captivity in Egypt. So, God changed the firstborn to Judah 1 Chronicles 5:2. So, he turned to Judah and messed up his children but God got his daughter in law to carry the seed which Satan promptly placed his own together as he did before, but God chose Pharez, and Zerah was rejected. This went on down the generations until the seed of Satan began to mix with the seed of the woman. But God would keep them from being polluted, so this continued until the promised Seed finally came - Jesus, who would save His people from their sins, ending what Adam started from Eden. Matthew 1:21. Jesus Christ was given a body through a woman to fulfill the word 1 Timothy 2:15, by removing the curse of childbearing placed on Eve.
Jesus lived as a man for 30 years to complete the curse of death placed on Adam and his generations- Methuselah was the oldest man that lived, he lived for 969 years, so adding that to the last man, Jesus, it would be around 1000 years, or 1 day with God Genesis 2:17; Psalm 90:4; 2 Peter 3:8; Ezekiel 4:6.
Jesus Christ came to fulfill all what is written about Him in the scriptures, just like a script, which He must act out exactly, in order to get man back to his original state. Hebrews 10:7; Psalm 40:7-8;
John 4:34. (He finished it on the cross John 19:30).
When it was due time to begin His ministry, He, as man, was baptized in the river Jordan, because Israel had threatened God to go back into captivity, and made good their threat, Numbers 14; Jeremiah chapters 41-44. (This made the word of God void that says God delivered Israel out of Egypt, so Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, was taken back to Egypt, so the word of God that says "out of Egypt have I called my Son " could be fulfilled).
His baptism and that of all who came to John the Baptist was reminiscent of the crossing of Jordan, from captivity, back into the promised land.
The Holy Spirit came upon Him led Him into the wilderness, which is reminiscent of the event that prompted the fall of Adam. He was tempted with the same premise of " lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and the pride of life, as it was in Eden Genesis 3:1-7; Luke 4:1-13. This time, the Son of man won! Thus, He was on the way to totally ransom, redemption, regeneration, restoration, and subsequent reconciliation of fallen man back to the Father, in His Kingdom.
From then on, He would say something like " I, and my Father are one"! John 10:30-33, because that was the Truth, since He was infilled with the Holy Spirit. He could now continue the WORK OF SALVATION which God the Father had started when He got up from His Sabbath rest, and get to finish it and restore man to glory John 5:17; 19:30. He died, was buried and rose again from the dead on the 3rd day, and SAT down at the right hand of God the Father, to become the REST for all who would believe in Him as Lord and Savior, until the He returns again to redeem His purchased possession and present them faultless before the presence of God the Father!
For this, He had to be the sacrificial man to pay for the sin of man! That was the reason why God the Son, the express Image of the Father, came in the flesh. He became the Head of all God's creation, and would be complete when He returns to place saved man, who believe on His name, into His body and go to present them faultless, before the presence of God, in the heavenly places, with exceeding joy, and will sit on God's right hand of His throne, after reconciling all creations back to Himself in God!
In conclusion, fallen man is restored to glory, which He lost, and now occupies the place from which Satan was cast out.
Wouldn't you be mad if this happened to you? Despite all his carefully laid plans, and now a mere man puts it all into jeopardy! Why do you think satan wants to merge man- clay, with technology- iron?
So you judge for yourself, if Christ Jesus is God! ( Even you are a SPIRIT, have a SOUL, but live in a BODY, and this makes you a MAN!)!!!
Finally, man will return to the new earth to break the 1000-year curse. Man will live for 1000 years in the millennium reign, Genesis 5;
Isaiah 65.
The new Heaven will be brought down into the new Jerusalem that has been trodden down by the enemy, so nothing that defile can enter.
Then, the final judgment. Satan and his cohorts will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, along with hell and death! Isaiah 66.
Then, as all things are being reconciled back to God, Colosians 1:19-20. He rests and institutes the sabbaths once again.
The nations will now have to observe it and perform yearly pilgrimage to the Holy City while watching those in the lake of fire, as the spectacle provided en route!
The Seed of Man, which was originally made in the IMAGE and LIKENESS of God, in the person of JESUS CHRIST, the Son of God, and His complete body, finally wins!
I John 5:1-19.
Indeed, God has Life, and this Life is in the Son, whosoever has the Son has Life of God as a witness in himself, because this Life is the Light that lights every one BORN into this world John 1:1-14.-
Therefore, no man born into this world has any excuses. God will be righteous and just when He judges on that day! It is the light that makes everything manifest. Nothing is no longer hidden. Ephesians 5:13!

God is omniscient. He knows everything. He prepared a body for His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to come and feel in the flesh, all what man is going through, while He Himself remains sinless, meaning, He doesn't indulge in sin. So, He eventually was condemned as a sinner- study Mark 14:51, the story of the naked young man. That was the reason Jesus's sweat were like drops of blood, when He got to the last sin He had to deal with that would condemn Him to shame, torture and consequently, a cursed death on the cross- simply because He was set up in the middle of the night, as He prayed, in the garden of Gethsemane, to be doing stuff the laws condemned with penalty of death, by stoning, but was cranked up to become dead on the cross.
Judas kissed him, not a peck in the cheek but a full blown kiss, in order to set him up, but he didn't know his act was just a distraction, the people that hired him, already prepared a worse scenario- using the young guy that fled into the night naked.
Jesus Christ refused to tattle on him, nor did he ask them to go get him to speak for him, because He came for the very reason, to die for the undeserved, who, if and when they come to this realization, would immediately repent and accept the cleansing power of the blood that bought them. He even became their high Priest, who is touched by the feeling of their infirmity, understanding where they come from, but hoping they will come to Him and cast it all on Him, and take His Rest! He already made that call!!!
Will you answer, will you imagine what they must have done to him, with such a charge, in that day and age? All just to make atonement for every sin conceivable, including what you're struggling with at this moment! Give it all to Him!
Being mad at the preacher will not assuage your guilt and self- condemnation, and self torture and self hatred and self judgment. He already did it all- for YOU!!!
Which of these religious leaders who abbet them ever promised to pray to God for them. How can the blind lead the blind?
Anyone that has encountered God by the preaching of the gospel of salvation by grace through faith in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and still remain unconcerned and unrepentant, has already forfeited his mercy, and grace that bought him from the devil, who has the power of sickness, afflictions, terror, oppression, death and the grave. No escaping him.
Let the love of God for you, in Christ Jesus, constrain you to listen, receive, accept, confess, believe and abide in His love, justification from all your sins, past, present and future, And live the new life purchased by the shedding of His blood, and by imputting God's righteousness that declared you "faultless, blameless ", before the presence of God, with whom you have to give an account, whether you like it or not! No excuses on that day, for God will definitely be Just and Righteous when He metes out judgment, and all mouths will be quiet!
Don't be afraid of the truth that is Jesus Christ.
The millennium is the end of the cycle of the end of sin.
Man had a thousand years curse the day Adam and Eve disobeyed God.
A day is like a thousand years.
The oldest man was Methuselah, he lived 969 years, and the last Adam lived 30 years as the Son of man, a human- Jesus Christ, then He was filled with the Holy Spirit, to become the Son of God 100%God and 100% man, just like the first Adam, who was created flesh and God breathed into his nostrils, to have 100% God in 100% man.
Thus, when the mystery of iniquity is dealt with, after the 70th week year of Israel, then the whole world will be destroyed at the second coming of Jesus Christ. This will usher in the kingdom of God, for which Jesus Christ came to preach to Israel, before the gospel of grace- for both Israel and the gentiles, because they rejected their King. The scriptures are going back in cycles, we're now in Genesis 6, 11 and 47.It is like going back to the garden of Eden Isaiah 65; Genesis 5, when man will have to live out the whole 1000 years curse, which ends the wages of sin- death, which ends the cycle of creation, until the new heavens and the new earth is established, where there's no more sin and death. Then the judgment and rewards, abd the institution of mandatory pilgrimage to the New Jerusalem, and then, the Sabbath will be observed, signifying the end of work of both Creation and Redemption of the lost soul of man. Isaiah 66.
Every nation will worship God, because there will no longer be evil or Satan present. All have been judged and cast into the lake of fire and brimstone- including death, hell, satan, the antichrist and his false prophets and those that bare his mark.
The world will be as God in tended it right from the beginning, after the old earth and the heavens are completely destroyed by fire.
2 Peter 2:10-13;

When I was a new Christian, I had a young boy, a friend of my son's who liked deep conversations say to me: "How can you be a Jew and believe in Jesus too." He felt it was an impossible thing. I was new to my faith and didn't have the words to tell him, but it was a defining moment for me. I never wanted to be without words again to speak Christ to someone with a seeking heart. I could tell him now and wish I had the opportunity. You are so good at helping those who are honestly questioning and seeking. May the Lord bless your ministry greatly and give you the opportunities and approaches you need to bring more and more people of every faith to the true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

@ZyaDankha; actually the term Jews comes from the tribe of Judah. That tribe had control of Jerusalem, so the Jewish people consider themselves Judaean or Jewish.

Just like these guys freaked out over finding Moses in the NT, I completely freaked out when I found Jesus in the OT.
So what made Him (Jesus) really real for me was one night, for some reason, I read verses in the Old Testament Book of Isaiah... chapter 53, specifically. When I read this chapter, I was leaning hard agnostic. But I couldn't understand how these verses seemed to be describing Jesus, bc they were from the Old Testament, meaning pre-Jesus (by almost 7 centuries!), yet it was clearly (like a prophecy) all about Him... So I thought maybe the Christians inserted these verses into the Bible to make it appear that Jesus is real. So I got an idea to drive to Barnes and Noble Bookstore to see if these verses were in the Jewish Book of the Prophets (where, after researching, I learned I could find the ancient Hebrew texts).. I will never forget the drive that night, as I clinched the steering wheel, thinking of the ramifications.
So when I walked into the bookstore, I walked straight to the Jewish section. When I found the book, I went to the section of Isaiah 53. And there He was.
That was 30 plus years ago.
My faith could never waver.
Because only God knows the future.
That is why the prophecies of His 2nd coming are just as precise.
Google the prophecies of His 1st coming, and you can check them all. Then, research His 2nd coming, and most are happening before our eyes.

There's a similar story a Israeli fisherman told Jeff in one of those videos Jeff gets to talk with Messianic Jews living in Israel. The only difference is that he went to read the Dead Sea Scrolls where they are kept in exposition, and looked for Isaiah 53, expecting it to be a Christian interpolation, just as you wanted to verify at the bookstore. I don't speak Hebrew, I don't know how it works, and how much a speaker of modern Hebrew could understandin the scrolls, but the result was the same as in your experience. Shalom!

Another mystery that even most "old" Christians never think about is that Jesus gave us His Mother Mary from the Cross so we would not only share the same Father (God in Heaven) but also the same Mother (Human Mary) and be truly Brothers and Sisters of Lord Jesus.
If we have devotion to Mary we will get to know Jesus from the core of His most Sacred Heart. I ve never met anyone who truly knows and understands and loves Jesus without Mary
Not sure what Mark is referring to at 10:57, Catholics always have minimum two readings at every Mass. One reading from OT and one reading from NT. If you attend Mass every day for 3 years you will hear the entire Bible from Genesis - Revelation (except Good Friday, no Masses worldwide). Then we also have our own bible study groups and reading on your own at home.
The Mass contains 3 Bible passages and a Psalm during the first 30 minutes (1st half of the mass is called the Liturgy of the Word). An Old Testament reading is the 1st reading, followed by a Psalm (often sung on Sundays) a New Testament reading is the 2nd reading, and we stand for the Gospel reading. The Gospel (Matthew, Mark, Luke or John) is followed by a homily/sermon/explanation of the readings by the priest. All this happens in the 1st half; the 2nd half is all about the Eucharist, which also contains Jewish prayers and blessings.
The readings change out each year so that after 3 years of daily mass you will have heard basically the whole Bible with an explanation (homily). The reason for this is because most people couldn't read when the Catholic church put together the Bible. The Bible pre-dates the printing press, so it was delivered out loud during Church services (Mass).
Our church pre-dates the bible. It was the Church which decided which books would make up the contents of the christian bible in 382AD Council of Rome. Jesus left a "church" not books, he never wrote anything down on parchment. @@solarflare6841

Moses and Jethro (Hobab, Reuel)
Exodus 18.
Jethro, Moses' father-in law, wasn't dealing with Moses with a true heart. He feigned his love and worship of his God.
He knew that Moses had fled from Egypt and came to his land, his home as a fugitive, wanted for murder.
As a chief and a pagan priest of his people, he, I believe reluctantly accepted Moses as his son in law, because I also believe, that he wasn't really accepted in the family.
When he met his wife, Zipporah, she and her sisters were herding the flock, but now, he was relegated to being the person to keep the flocks, way out in the wilderness, and far away from his wife and children.
What could have happened to him? I believe the father in law looked down on him and treated him with disdain, so much so, Moses had a bad relationship with his wife and children. God met with him in the backs of the wilderness, alone and subdued. He used to be a prince, and a man of great authority, but now, this scene couldn't have been so far from who he used to be.
This was a great insult to him, and God met with him when he was at his lowest. He couldn't even trust himself to be able to do what God had asked of him.
Steven, in Acts 7:22, describes Moses as "learned in all wisdom of the Egyptians and was mighty in words and deeds". But now, in Exodus 4:10, he suddenly told God "I"m not eloquent...and slow of speech, and slow of tongue "? What on earth happened to him all this while, living with Jethro, or Hobab, as he was also referred to?
After Moses got the children of Israel out of Egypt, suddenly, his father in law grew a conscience, because Moses now holds a high office- even higher than his!
So, he came to him by flatteries, supposedly bringing his wife and children to him, and even his wife cursed him and called him a bloody husband! Exodus 4:25.
After that, we never heard anything about her, but later, his sons became the priests of God.
Numbers 10. Moses still was afraid of Jethro, in the obsequious way he deals with him, as if he were his superior!
Moses then stopped listening to God, and only sought advice from Jethro. God had given him a sign on how to move and hiw to stop and camp: He would give the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night, to give coverage, light and direction.
But since the arrival of Jethro in the camp, Moses no longer waited for the cloud to move or rest, in fact, he personally invited and implored Jethro or Hobab, to "come with us...and leave us not", and even promised to divide God's goodness with him- without the Express permission of God, and the cloud was still UPON them by day, it hadn't moved, but they did! Numbers 10:29-36. He literally spoke to the pillar to move before it was ready, and to rest only at HIS command, I think simply to impress Hobab! (The same mistake he made at the Rock).
In Numbers 11, Moses became overwhelmed by his task, because He had left God out, and God had kept silent as well! So, no wonder his language changed to "I'M not able to...). vs 14 - God had not at any time told him to do it alone! So he began to complain to God as the people began to complain to him. He even got Miriam and Aaron in trouble because of Hobab's presence, who had brainwashed him to make him think he needed his help, just because he had made an offering and sacrificed to God- when God had not told Him to, thereby, making the Most High God equal to all his pagan idols! Exodus 18:1-27. Moses had hearkened to him and instituted a human government over the people of God! And his 70 elders became the bane in Israel's history Ezekiel chapters 8 and 9, even though God had given Moses His permissive will Numbers 11:16--35, 12: 1-16, but sent a grievous judgment on the whole camp.
God is God all by Himself! Jethro, who was the descendant of Keturah, the last wife of Abraham Genesis 25: 1-6, clearly had no portion in the inheritance of Isaac and Jacob, and was what Jesus Christ would call "a thief and a robber", John 10, for wanting to enter the fold of the sheep by another way!
The legacy he He left has always been the problem with Israel up till this day.
That was one of the reasons God had to send His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to come and seek and save the lost, to redeem them that have been sold under sin, and give eternal life to all who would believe and receive His sacrificial death burial and resurrection, by grace through faith in His love for us, and that He will soon return to redeem His purchased possession! Even so, come Lord Jesus!

Where I live in Canada, my family (we are Christian) has a Jewish friend (now deceased), who told me she and her family and friends either died or survived the concentration camps in Germany during WW2. She survived but not her parents. She said she would never become a Christian because she did not want to betray her family, friends, and people.
I'm sorry on behalf of people who said they were Christians but weren't. Who were really Catholic or crusaders and persecuted Jews.
Jesus commanded his followers to LOVE everyone and each other. That would be the way the world would know they were His. He even prayed Father forgive them for they know not what they do. He loves His people.

The Rabbi should have said to read Acts chapter 5 33-39 where Rabban Gamaliel said if the Jesus movement known as Netzarim in Hebrew came to nothing then it was not from the Lord. They officially ended in 135 ce and disappeared from history in 333 ce. This makes him a false Messiah-leader like the others mentioned in that passage of Acts. Stay with observant Judaism.

Deuteronomy 6:8 is why Jews wear tefillin. Its really a command to memorize the word and be led by it, but it does literally say to tie the word on your arm and set it between your eyes.
"These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads."

How did Jesus know what teffilin were and how to properly wear them? It doesnt say it anywhere in the Old testament...Maybe there WAS an oral torah that was passed down, of which all the pharisaic jews knew about, but all gentiles knew nothing about.
