Hey, Debbie. So sorry for our delayed response. If you haven't seen it already, we do offer "Chenille-It Only" kits for the Tis the Season panel. It includes all of the Chenille-It needed to embellish your panel and bind your quilt + instructions. Hope that helps!
I love the detail you provide. Thank you so much. I know this is an extra step, but when you finish stitching an area, it would nice to have a camera cut to the finished piece to show how it looks close up, such as the leaves or center of the flowers that you mentioned poofed in pink.
Good question- sorry for the confusion. You will outline the flowers with the 3/8" white Chenille-It. Your 5/8" is for the word "JOLLY" and you're binding- which we will cover in week 4!
Would you double the Chenille (5/8”) when edging quilt & do a demo? When do you add Chenille for binding-after all layers put together (top, batting & back)?
Yes. You will use two layers of 5/8" Chenille-It on the front and back of your quilt when binding. And that is done after you have applied all of your Chenille-It and done your quilting. We will be covering that in Week 4 (and yes, there will be a demo!). Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
I don't- I used white throughout- but you definitely can switch your thread color if you want to. Once you wash and dry your quilt and the Chenille-It blooms, you won't see it, so I don't take the time to switch it out.
Wish you sold just enough for that quilt top. I would love to try it but buying all that tape of different colors will cost. I love the top!

Great tip! Thanks for the feedback!
For outlining the white flowers, are you using the narrow or wide chenille it? I wasn't sure if you were saying "wide" or "white chenille-it.

Do you change thread color when sewing the dark colors or do you use white on all colors?
I don't- I used white throughout- but you definitely can switch your thread color if you want to. Once you wash and dry your quilt and the Chenille-It blooms, you won't see it, so I don't take the time to switch it out.
