By lack of any action, Dodge condones the actions of these stealerships.
Issue is they are a privately owned business- manufacturer cannot do much in this situation. That’s not in their purview
I had my vehicle serviced in Jan, was over charged by hundreds for only 2 batteries and last Sunday was in a vehicle accident. While looking under my hood to check damage, I found a damn hot cocoa pack. My hood hasn't been opened since being at this horrible dealership! Also you're pronouncing the town correctly.

What dealerships where you're at and out there are "Car Pro" recommended dealers, and if so are they any good? Here in DFW, Texas, the Sam Pack 5 Star Ford group is in the "Car Pro" program, as is Classic Chevrolet (and other Classic dealers), and I think a CDJR dealer participates also, but I don't remember the name. The dealers here in Texas and nationwide that participate in Jerry Reynolds' Car Pro program are supposed to be above-board. I hope that's true, I will be disappointed if they're no better than others.
I’ve been waiting! For Hemet/Lake Elsinore to be exposed, one if not the worst CDJR’s in CA. I know, I’ve purchased from both in the past, and I learned my lesson from Lake Elsinore professionalism or lack of. Hemet was a joke, went to Joshua tree for my 300C
i really see your point but as a person that worked retail for many years i can understand the dealer. too. Its hard to stay professional with the public today

Salesperson there told me they have Native Americans with Casino money that go in and pay those markups….I took it as they didn’t need my business. I was in the market for a Hellcat, I ended up buying a Redeye at a different dealership 40 miles away.

Dealerships going to find out how much a employee can cost them business . I read their ggl reviews and tk should find a large amount of fraud going on there.. found many reviews stating they are posting a low bait price to lure shoppers to the deal table which 100% always leads to fraud at the dealership that does it Tk should do a mystery shopper skit on them and catch them in the act of committing fraud on a would be buyer
