The funny thing is that I've just took the dust off mine to use it in my ground RB 2.7 lineup. Last time I played it was probably five years ago, I think I grinded the whole US low tier with it. I love all the paint jobs you get for this. So many memories.
I just used the French one to grind through a dozen or more planes and it was enjoyable as hell. Ground belts seemed to be the best for the guns. Even in an uptier I never felt useless, which was nice. A nice way to get back into planes after not touching them for quite a while. I did have the same experience as you with fires though. I'd often times have to strafe a guy again after his fire burned and went out. Pretty annoying.
I don’t know, man. I think the early Corsairs are absolute monsters at low tier. Better speed and energy fighting capabilities, same armament, excellent high altitude performance, decent high speed maneuverability, rugged airframe, fantastic low speed controllability, and much more.
@@ayc789gaming6 That’s why you don’t turn and burn like a peasant. Boom-n-Zoom or Drag-n-Bag at higher altitudes. That supercharged R-2800 radial maintains excellent power at higher altitudes and you can outrun anything at that BR.
@@XplodePlayz4 I mean basically the same characteristics except it’s slower. The Corsair has incredible flaps, greater speed, same firepower, much better high altitude performance, and a much higher max dive threshold. But suit yourself. When I play 109’s, Warhawks are easy meat.
I honestly dont care what people calls the P-40 But theres a diference between their variants P-40 Tomahawk: has two cannons on top of the engine and only Four machine guns P-40 KittyHawk: theres a little hump on the engine(prob a airfilter) and with six machine guns P-40 Warhawk: only has six machine guns and no hump on engine
US Airforce P-40Bs and Cs are Warhawks, have 2 50.s in the nose cowling and four 30.s in the wings. Exported P-40Bs and Cs to the likes of the commonwealth Airforce and Russia (among the ludicrous amount of other operators who purchased them) were called the Tomahawk, or the H-81A-1/A-2. The P-40D through M were all the Kittyhawk and have a unified 4 to 6 fifty cals. The P-40F is notable for being the only variant powered by the Packard V-1650 engine.
That's not how the P-40 designations work. Every P-40 in American service, regardless of the model, is a warhawk. If they're being used through lend lease by commonwealth or soviet air forces, then models up to the C are Tomahawks, and models starting with the D are Kittyhawks. That's all there is to it. The one in the video is a warhawk because it's American, but if it weren't American it would be a kittyhawk
So... in low tier, the F.222's 50 kg bombs can destroy a outpost in 4 bombs. But above 6000 meters (18000+ ft) accuracy is extremely low. Further, when dropping bombs from the F.222, they don't drop down as the visual model would implicate, but spawn next to the engine, messing up the trajectory. So, be around 5000 meters (~15000 ft), slow the speed down to 180 kph (112 mph) and bomb early and singular bombs at a time. F.222 also has a very good climb rate and controls - albeit sluggish - very easily even at around 160-180 kph (100-115 mhp). Keep in mind, even with all of that, at 5500 meters altitude, you're not guaranteed a base/outpost kill. Though if you were to bomb from a lower altitude, you could do much more accurately and with bomb series set up.
That seems to happen a lot when that Mustang got you im new to the game but I see that a lot you get caught by a very small burst of fire and get completely wrecked

P-40 in general get's an incredible amount of really good looking skins!

This is the guy I play against when I activate my 200% booster
I love p-40 Warhawks with shark like jaws and teeth with some angry eyes
They look so cool!!

And most of all: *full incendiary belts* and LOTZA DAKKA
Well they don’t turn very well at a tier which every thing has great turning ability

Just flew the F.222 on hokkaido.
4 50 kg bombs took out 75% of a base.

About the team kill, should the new player keep playing at low tier? I mean, I'm a new player and struggling at 4.3 br up to 5.0 😅
please play the ki-43-I its a very surprisingly good plane, and imo gets better guns then the Ki-43-III
Hey keep up the good work you deserve more vews
Those yak 1bs are actually better then the yak 9s other then survivability. They turn better, climb better, and are faster
Idk how ur getting above ppl I just keep getting ppl above me and I can't get up I love the p40 but can't play it 💀
sweet video my man
Appreciate it
yo, that bomber is awesome low key. hahahahaha i fly it
Its the first time i see p-40 do something lol
Is it only me that has some issue with this plane? This plane wobble side to side every time i'm using rudder.
I used the p40 to get my entire American line up all the way to 5. It's too easy
It's a great aircraft, massively underrated!
Good gameplay.
I’ve got the p 40 Warhawk in war thunder
Nvm thought it was spitfire lmao
20:50 "As it's Japanese it should burn up"
Jokes on you, the kittyhawk and warhawk are both correct
In this case, kittyhawk is incorrect because the plane is American. If it were commonwealth or soviet, then kittyhawk would be correct.
let’s just agree that this thing has different nick names that really just mean the same plane.
@@inkycat7167 sorta yes. More like different models of the plane with different users. Except Warhawk, that one is for every model
It's a Kittyhawk!!!
Nah it's obviously a tomahawk. : )
gg ty
Ain’t no way bro said Americas hero is British if not mistaken?
The p-40 is American if that’s what you’re saying
Why did the F4F shoot down the 109 at 4:02?
From memory, the 109 was shooting at other players.

I'm not sure how to take that, I just checked who that is and they have 10M subs so they must be doing something right! Fingers crossed 😂
P40 kittyhawks were real tho... well it was the name of a division in the RCAF or something like that.
