Doing conservative act in wildlife alone is insufficient, you need a very good educated citizen. This will save budget. Unfortunately, Sabahans are not ready yet to be first minded citizen. Rubbish in islands, people spitting in public, toxic odor and rubbish in drainage, and many more.We still have a long way to go. I prefer human development rather than infrastructure development at this rate.
