@@OfficerPorkchops take a good look at a bird. They’re actually dinosaurs evolved from the velociraptor. They can’t have a birth day if they never passed through a birth canal and nursed from the mother. This is what makes a mammalian, born then nursed with mammary glands. I guess you’d prefer to be ignorant?
A pet peave of mine is when "researchers " compare animal intelligence to that of a two year old child. What human child can survive in the wild, fly, build a home, feed offspring, etc. No humans that I know of, child or otherwise!
Intelligence just refers to the ability to learn new skills. Most animals are just born with strong instincts rather learning a ton of new things throughout their lives@@KarePassion
What a phenomenal story. May all hornbills and their healthy/robust environment remain safe in the full range of their native habitat. May all males survive/thrive while their mates are incubating their eggs/young.
I would guess not too many predators would want to try to enter thru that hole to try and get the eggs cause mama's beak is surely capable of snapping something off.
I can sense those women getting upset, unconsciously extracting some allegorical meaning for themselves and immediately wanting to let the universe know they don't want to be a "regular hornbill." I'm sure we'll get a Disney-Pixar movie about it in a couple years.
For anyone wondering, they're evolved to never need to drink water. They are especially efficient at processing water from their fluid-filled fruit-rich diet.

Imagine seeing them at night
@@ASAL2022 Hey, what's funny??
@@ASAL2022 what is funny?!!!
I love all the hornbills. They are quite attractive and charismatic. What a sweet man to bring his mate fruit and insects.
That animal is a bird.
Some male would only bring insects but no fruits 😭like how my husband shoped for me, only meat but no vegetables/fruits 😂
Although they have born as birds, it is still sensed that they are compassionate and faithful to each other.
Birds are not born, they’re not mammals. They would be HATCHED
So only humans can have those emotions?
LMFAO!!! 😆
Birds aren’t born they’re hatched 🤷🏼♀️

I Saw some birds taking they're pop and trow it outside so, probably the female gave him the pop to discard it.They are very clean tbh
What a big beautiful blue eye LOOKING😂❤
Look closer. She and her mate have brown eyes.
This is so beautiful, animals are better than us in so many ways (loyalty, honesty, love, commitment…).
Gorgeous pictures of fascinating animals! Thanks people of the BBC.

We the humans indeed can learn a lot from these humble hornbills.
The man is doing 90% of the work, lmao
Predator proof but not cameraman proof fortress 😊
Lol, you won't be able to see this awesome video if the're not making documentary on it. Atleast the birds are not harmed.
