I have a GR Yaris and was hoping for this newer version that they'd use a bigger rear spoiler. I know they've addressed some of the issues of the first one, like the drivers visibility when looking through the windscreen to the left, but I don't think I'll be in any rush to switch to the newer one.
The dash looks agricultural . Function over form is a race car thing . I just want to see the suspension changers if any . I read double A arms for the 2024+ models .
That's what the aftermarket is for. People already got the new WRXs past 500whp. Just need a model with the STI trans and diffs so you do have to swap it.
Sure it’s a great car. But seems over-engineered too. [Galapagos Keitai Denwa, remember that?] Something manual [MT] that’s balanced and fun but still torque-y that makes awesome sounds is the base of what any real driver wants [even if slower/lower lap times]
I hope Toyota will soon bring the GR Yaris and GR Corolla to the Vietnamese market, because the models Toyota is selling in the Southeast Asian market are too boring.

Addressed some of the issues? ... look at the engine, new pistons & stronger valve train & it doesn't stop there!
