Kinda like how at 45 my gyne won't let me get a hysterectomy for nonstop bleeding due to fibroids (because Im too "young" and have never had kids). So instead she has me on birth control which I'd rather not be on because it makes me gain weight. I know I don't ever want to have children. If it was something I wanted, I would've already made that choice a while ago. Besides, with my age and a bunch of other health issues, being pregnant at this point in my life will literally be life-threatening.

Sew_Gal it’s a muuuuch much more invasive surgery for women tho, while it’s a quick, outpatient day-surgery for men. Also, many women WANT a tubal ligation or hysterectomy, but literally cannot find a doctor to agree. Usually it’s because the woman has no children, or doesn’t have as many children as the doctor thinks they _should_ have. Even with married women over 25 who have multiple children, doctors are often reluctant, and often require the woman’s husband to sign off. And for unmarried women, childless or child free women, and women under 25 (even if they have kids)? GOOD LUCK finding any doctor to take you seriously lol 🥴

The only positive in the abortion ban is that it may make men think twice about taking advantage of women. I noticed that many American men lie and mislead women and are commitment phobic. in Europe, if men just want casual sex and not relationship then they just say it. Don't put the blame solely on the guys now... come on you know better than that... they chose those guys to have "fun" with, besides protection is something both parties should think about before engaging in those kinds of activities if the lady and the guy doesn't want a kid. So to tell all men "if you don’t want marriage and babies then don’t have sex lol" is purely absurd and illogical when there is protection for both sides. It'll be the same as me saying "Ladies if you don't want to get pregnant don't have sex, especially if you are just doing it for casual fun" ask yourself why does that statement not sit well with you... why? cause you know that condoms exists. Most women don't like when the guy wears or even offers to use it for their little flings cause it wont feel good or whatever. July 22, 2022 One man advised taking a check list to the big box store (or online) to make sure you have these items with you in the office or car afterwards: 1. ibuprofen (his wife forgot to buy it) 2. men's support underwear in your size (so it won't rub when you walk) 3. canned tea to drink the ibuprofen 4. medical ice bags or frozen peas (maybe seven bags in the freezer) 5. some men have almost zero pain afterwards, some men are under discomfort for about seven days, each individual is different. 6. have trusted family or friends babysit your children and teenagers (some will even swallow laundry pods to get popular with their peers on social media) for at least three days of the procedure and afterwards. 7. This may be the best time to fill the freezer with your favorite microwave dinners to feed everyone for about seven days. 8. Try to not lift anything over about five pounds after most surgeries including the vasectomy for about two weeks after the procedure. 9. Every boss should know this is going to become a common issue with many more getting a vasectomy or TL for women. 10. Try to stay sitting in a recliner chair with at least one blanket and all your favorite movies, sports (March Madness, Olympics, etc., award show ceremonies, etc., 11. This may be the best time to get it done as a 'group' at a hotel to go through the recovery period together and be distracted from the discomfort, ice bag between legs or bag of frozen peas between legs). 12. Ideally, the super rich (this will save you money and heart ache caused by millions of teens not wanted from 'one night stands', date rape, etc.) should pay for all this, including the best hotels with room service, free meals three times a day, Disneyland, etc. for the kids and grandma, etc. Free swimming lessons in the hotel pool would lower the number who drown every year; free hotel tennis lessons to promote the game as the national sport. But they only REALLY care about saving the child before it is born: proof of this as mother holding her baby with dirty diapers was only give three diapers and two individual baby wipes when she talked to a receptionist at an anti abortion clinic. They don't want to pay for your expensive diapers, baby wipes, baby food, baby formula (deadly shortage right now), expert child care, etc. Even the super rich have a difficult time finding and keeping the best trained nannies. Even Ivana did not want to change the diapers of her grandchildren and sent them home for someone else to do that.
