- I'm trying Tongkat Ali for 60 days to see if it can help with my low testosterone. In this video, I share my honest experience after the first 2 weeks, covering the changes I noticed, the side effects (or lack thereof), and whether I think it's worth it. If you're curious about this natural testosterone booster, this is a no-nonsense look at what you can expect.
My first week on Tongkat was decent success. I felt a noticeable change in my mood and energy in a good way. I've felt a lot more driven and focused. And my gf does not mind my increase in libido lol. Only real downsides I can point out are a bit of the restlessness at night and maybe a bit easier to become irritated, so it's important to not take tongkat too late in the day. I've been in a bit of a slump so this definately helped with that. Even with the increase in energy, you can avoid being restless at night with enough excercise, and I also take magnesium glycinate, which helps a ton to get some good sleep.
The tonkgat brand I bought is by microingredients off amazon. It's some solid extract with no fillers. Currently on my 2 day off cycle before I jump back on for 5 days.
Currently into my third week with exactly the same supplement taken at lunchtime each day, Still waiting to notice any changes. When I looked online, it seems that users often need to wait 4 to 6 weeks before changes kick in. So, I'll be patient.
The science is pointing that Tongkat Ali doesn't boost testosterone but rather enables greater uptake of useful testosterone. There is also a mechanism that it reduces estrogen production as well. You are probably too young to benefit from these mechanisms, they are the body ageing that causes these to happen.
I've ordered from same company seemed to be the best source for these compared to other options in UK. I will also update my experience here as well.
I took that same brand for over two months didn't real do much for me,but neither did T injections and had those for over a year.
@garywoolnough1531 Oh wow, really you felt nothing? I testing you had the same with actual test injections, too. Did you suffer from low-T at all,or just trying it out?
@@MathewStuckey I had a test my T was low-normal the doctor told me.But it just stayed the same a year 1/2 later of injections didn't feel any different. The Tongkat Ali i just thought i would try but really didnt do nothing.
Hey buddy. I got my test results back from dr and mine were low 2.5 Nmol/l. I just ordered some tongkat Ali also. Fingers Crossed I can up my test
Ah mate, sorry to hear about the low result. Keep me updated though, interested to hear how yours goes too.
I use it for 2 months. I took the same brand and it was just useless. Good sleep, exercise and a balance diet is a much better solution.
@tomstopper5281 Absolutely agree, they should always be the foundation, I definitely don't think it's a fix all. But in my experience, it seems to have nudged my hormones into a place where getting those things you mentioned in order was possible. I guess it's all dependent on the person.
@@MathewStuckey Your full of BS show your blood results Mr snake oil sales man or i will expose you on reddit
What cycle tho? 5/2 ?
Currently taking daily, intend on doing 2 month on, 2weeks off. But may look into other cycles as well.
Sounds good let me know thanks
Can Tongkat Ali help me restore the 9 minutes i wasted watching this video??
😂 No. Might balance your mood enough to stop you trolling with pointless comments though. So maybe give it a try? Have a good day.
Tongkat Ali can cause you hair lost...
I've heard that's due to increased testosterone which converts to DHT in men which causes hair loss. Your T will increase, but then so will hair loss if you have the genetic propensity.
Afraid of needles and an arm full of tattoos hmm 🤔
😂 very true.
It's hard to explain but I'm afraid of needles penetrating a muscle or vein. I had a drip in hospital when I was young and the line got caught and ripped it out of my arm. Ever since then having a needle embedded in me freaks me out.
I was a sweaty mess getting my bloodwork prior to this. Tattoos just feel like getting scratched and the needle doesn't stay in, so I can handle it way better.
@@MathewStuckeysame way here
Firstly what a strange takeaway from all of this video Gary, loads of useful information on the supplement and that’s your comment, so odd , secondly as a tattoo artist myself, I have loads of clients that feel the exact same way as this guy that genuinely don’t struggle being tattooed but are petrified of needles, it’s a completely different experience to and injection, so maybe think before you leave a really dumb and uneducated comment. 👍🏻
