    I am just awaiting my first batch of Tongkat Ali. Thanks for all the info, it's made my mind up. I'm in my 50's and my testosterone has gone off a cliff. I have all the symptoms including gym strength declining, zero libido, slight depression and just feeling rubbish tbh.

    Very inspiring Matt, 59 year old lost it ☹️ years ago, been looking at TRT, always training naturally, honestly gave up 20 years ago, finding gardening hard work and hate life in general 😒, thank you for your channel 🙏, going to look into TkAli 👌thanks again 🙏

    Starting my tongkat journey tomorrow. 200mg capsules from nootropics depot. Will report back in a couple weeks with my experience. Thanks for all the information

      It’s been a week. I’m taking 200mg tongkat in the morning and 300 mg ashwaghanda (nootropics depot) 1-2 hours before bed. My sleep has improved immensely. I used to have trouble sleeping and would regularly get 5-6 hours per night. Now I’m getting 8-9 hours consistently and falling asleep fast. I have also been experiencing very vivid dreams which is rare for me. Workouts have improved and recovery has increased a bit as well. I’m assuming the recovery is better because I’m sleeping longer. No change in libido. I did try 400mg tongkat yesterday but I had bad stomach cramps so I’m sticking with 200mg from now on. Mentally, I feel relaxed and in control of myself. Usually I’m anxious so it feels nice to have this feeling. Haven’t experienced any side effects so far besides the stomach cramps from the 400mg dose. Will update in a couple more weeks if anything else changes. I would recommend these products based on my experience so far.

    Hey, for me I take it in the morning. When I was taking it with dinner I found my sleep seemed a little disturbed. I think best to find what works for you, but I'd lean towards the morning

    Greetings from Spain Matt! Good to hear your journey remains a positive one but not so sure how you feel about the fact you seem to be plateauing(?) I’m about 9/10 days into my journey and have felt a few things but not altogether positive. The positives are clearly an improvement in strength while training and recovery is good also. I have had ‘tired moments’ and I have had ‘moody’ moments too which I wasn’t expecting. Just a little snappy or sharp with folk sometimes and I had a couple of days where I was down in the dumps and convinced it was the tongkat and as a result I was going to stop. As soon as I had that thought, it passed. My odour after training is very very strong and my wife commented that I smell very strongly of onions😂……Can’t say I’ve seen a massive change in body composition but it’s still early days and I’ve been training regularly for a very long time. I’m on a low carb and sugar diet to counteract arthritic condition so I’m not sure whether this factors in the fact that my arthritis is not as acute as it was prior to tongkat. So on the whole I think something is happening but I have to be patient I guess. Have experienced zero improvement in libido but again it is early days and will stick with it! I know you were interested in how my journey was going so I’m happy to report on mine as I follow yours. Thanks again Mate, will have a Stella now!😂

      Sounds like you're definitely getting some effects, hopefully with time you'll have more and more positive ones.
      The odour though, it's the worst! 😂

    Just ended up here from the algorithm so maybe you went over this somewhere, but why bother with tongkat instead of actual TRT if you have legitimately low T?

      @MrJhchrist Hi, a few reasons really. First of it wasn't so low that my GP wanted to go down that route, result at the time was 319 if I recall which is right on the bottom of "normal", but both he and I spoke at pretty good length about it and both wanted to try other things first. Namely the usual, sleep, stress etc. Which I did for a good while and felt marginally better.
      After plenty of looking around and reading, I thought why not give this a go to see if I can see any difference from a way where my body "naturally" produces more on it's own. I've nothing against TRT, if I need it I'd get it, but until then I'm quite happy to try and see what else there is I can try. (And I'm stupidly afraid of needles,so anything that can push that down the road is very welcome) 😂
