I remember many, MANY years ago buying a boating magazine with an article titled "Thunder on the Waitemata." One of the two boats compared, was a Scott Robson powercat. Have liked his boats ever since then, and this one certainly doesn't disappoint. Very nice indeed.
I’ve owned a Roger Hill power cat 8+ years and never thought of changing boats until I saw this video. I imagine this boat and outboard horsepower would sell well in the US, especially in Florida or Texas. A smaller version (10m?) with a more sensible outboard spec would appeal to a broader range of buyers including me 🙂
@@craybro In that case the Aquila would probably be more to your needs. I'm not positive but I THINK they offer the foiling option on more than just the 36 now.
"Futuristic yet understated", perfect description, very classy looking boat.
Brilliant vessel. Well done to everyone involved in making this boat a reality.

Take a look at the Aquila 36 with foil assist
If you want a more fishing oriented boat take a peek at the Insetta 35IFC
@@michiganengineer8621 Thanks, I had a look at the Insetta. Great fishing boat but we need cabins for multi-day trips and more weather protection.
@@DrKnowNothing1 The Aquila 36 is a nice Power Cat although I imagine a “RMX36” would be a lot nicer :)

Wow, its beautiful. Perfect design and function. Does it hav a bait tank?
Beautiful boat. The retractable foil sounds interesting. Does the manufacturer have a website with more photos and specs?
I’ll have two thanks.
No footage of the foil?!? It rotates and lifts?
Any rear foils? Or only trim tabs, and outboard trim?
Does it come in pink?
Naval architects currently designing foil-assisted power cats: Roger Hill, Scott Robson, Scott Jutson. Anyone else?
Can see a flybridge model one day.
