I also enjoy seeing the candy before you put it all together, mainly because I think the transparent/translucent candy mix, because for some reason, I think it's pretty. I also find ribbon candy to be very pretty. What makes it so shiny? If it's mentioned in the video, I must have missed it.
it won't stick. pay attention to what he says about the colors as well. he talks about how it's not a water-based color. Otherwise, it would break the sugars down and make it more sticky
