yup. as long as it's under 7 seconds, there is also some rules of thumb to follow (like who owns the footage) but 90% of footage of celebs you can use without copyright. all of the details are in my priv community including editing tutorials.

You can get monetized within a week with these videos though. You just need watch time and 1000 people. 240,000 watch minutes on say a 50% watch time on a 20 minute video is only 24,000 views, that's easily achievable with viral worthy topic.
