UPC for USA. EAN for Europe.... GTIN for both? or do I need a UPC and EAN depending on which country I am sending my item to?

When explaining things in English, a first language speaker is a good idea. The french accent is particularly strong here and coupled with the overly loud music makes this unwatchable.
The company makes millions a year and couldn't pay for a $20 mic or get someone who speaks clearer english? Really guys
