Yeah this guy has no clue and this are just best performance for his rig. Also dlss is for dx12. When you start the game steam asks if you want dx11 or dx12. Select dx12 and see if it allows you to tweak that. I’m not sure 3060s have DLSS though.
DLSS is in the game, if you're having trouble try reinstalling the game. Or are you asking about how to down grade to DLSS 2? If you want you can mod in older versions of DLSS by replacing the .dll file in the DLSS folder, here's the address: Icarus\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64. Just simply replace the existing .dll file with a newer or older version of your choice. techpowerup catalogs all the DLSS .dll files, you should be able to find a DLSS 2 .dll there.

i have a 3050 8gb and on the nvidia page it says icarus supports dlss 2 but it dont and i was wondering if there is a workaround
