Emerald aisle doesn’t work in Burbank airport. You can’t choose vehicles there Because the manager changed the rules.
Same as Islip McArthur Airport in Long Island NY. It really makes one appreciate how seamless and good Emerald Aisle is.
Very good video. Do you pay for add ons like insurance? I always thought the company should have insurance on their vehicles why do I need to pay extra insurance coverage during a reservation?
Thank you and no we do not do any add ons when we rent the car since we have insurance and also use Chase Sapphire Reserve Card with additional protection

Ha - I'm surprised you were tempted by the Mustang. Unless it's just the two of you as a couple, it doesn't make sense for the trip you're making. You're much better off with SUVs or larger sedans because of the amount of time you're driving around + comfort + trunk space you'll need to lug baggage, food, etc. I didn't have status with rental car companies most of my life, but I try to stick with more low maintenance SUVs during these road trips.
Yes. Agreed. We have rented quite a lot and always stuck with SUVs. Wanted to experiment and see.

Thank you. This was DFW International Airport National in Dallas and no, we don’t think this was the V8 Mustang
