Double check the mileage on Chrysler Pacifica minivans. Do not rent one if the mileage is over 50,000 miles. We accidentally rented a white 2021 Chrysler Pacifica last year in San Diego that had 51,535 miles when we picked it up and a bearing in the front was going so it wasn't safe to drive.

Got a rental months ago at PHX. The aisles were not interesting at all. Booth agent didn't give out any luxury cars parking near the booth for EE. I finally talked to a car wash guy who found me a BMW X3 and moved into aisle for me. For this location, they might have a large fleet but they are not generous for EEs😢

When you're in the executive level... How do the upgrades work? Do you get to pick any car from the lot? I know the guy that works at my nearest location and he always hooks me up with nicer rentals and they never say anything or charge me extra. So i technicality.. Could you ride off in any car in the lot?

That's more for Executive Elite but ever since Covid a lot of locations get funny and are a lot tighter on Fleet so if you want something fancy or super fancy that your best it to book it or at least just book something closer.

So how does this work exactly with emerald aisle? You just go directly to the garage and keys will be in the cars? How does National know which car you chose? Is there a booth you drive up to when leaving the garage? Thanks in advance! I have a reservation at MCO so was wondering how it all works.

Yeah if you have emerald isle access you just go into the garage, the keys will be in the car. Then you drive up to the exit booth where you show the agent your ID and they put whatever car you choose onto your reservation.

Do they offer this at all airports? Ive always rented with Hertz because we can bypass the counter.
