    Good quality video ! i have the same 2 cup moka , and my brewing method is very much the same as yours with the exception that when about half of the liquid has came out i stop the heat and extract only half of the total water aprox 25-30 ml of coffee this way it is more like an espresso , it's less watery and doesn't have the bitterness of that overextracted final portion of the steamed coffee . And also i grind a little more courser then yours . You should try it ! cheers

    I don’t understand the cooling off. You can pour it in a cup faster than it could be cooled under the running water. The cooking process would stop sooner just by
    pouring the coffee in a cup.

    Is that a 4 cup moka? A cup being 2 ounces?
