Awesome video! I remember in high school we made angel food cake in this cooking class that I took .. and it got me hooked ever since! Surprisingly enough that was the first time I had ever had angel food cake haha .. Love this!
@@Jodha1 My niece wanted boxed angel food cake mix. It had sprinkles in it. I think I used cake pans and that special pan. Her mother did the frosting. Turned out good, but too sweet with all the frosting. (Niece wanted it) I hope to make one from scratch sometime this year.

@@NyanyiCwhat about ankarsrum? Its a pretty solid mixer, even better than kitchenaid according to atk, and it has similar whiskers iirc
@@NyanyiCalthough i have to say, if you gonna use the mixer to incorporate the flour mix into the egg whites evenly, this design might not be to best
