Very nice detail! Youve got an eye of making it look just right. What did you use for the tarp? Is that a piece of tissue paper with white glue/mod podge? I really like how you did the windows on the door to look halfway rolled. Very cool. Im a model railroader also and want to suggest that for the taller grass you can use jute twine. You know the rope stuff that you get at a home improvement store to help tie down loads. If you unravel it and straighten out the pieces it makes nice weeds or overgrown grass. U can also paint it up a bit too. Just a tip if you want to try it out. A roll of it will last a lifetime of modelling .Just found your channel and am really enjoying it. Relaxing music too. I would like to see you do the plymouth fury from the movie christine as in the field. I know you could do it justice! 👍😁
The twine is a good idea. I had a cheap old chip brush laying around so I used that. 😆 And I’ve thought about a Christine model. It’d be a great excuse for some spooky lighting! Thanks for the kind words! .. oh yeah, the tarp was a napkin. Specifically, the cheap kind from fast food places. They seem to work pretty well.
aw. it kind of hurt seeing you taking the poor unsuspecting, highly detailed model apart and started to cut things away, knowing what it would end up as... but like a proper road accident, one can't look away. :) you surely have lots of skills, and surely you looked closer at junkers and remains of vehicles. do you have a background in screwing with cars, maybe? I haven't seen someone properly put a hole into a corrugated-glass windshield in ages... great detailing. there could have been more grime here or there, but there is also something like "too much". :) great work! :D
Yeah, I’ve always had a fascination with junkyards, wrecked cars, dilapidated buildings, abandoned overgrown locations etc. I have a tendency to overdo weathering, so this is my favorite genre of modeling.😄😄 Thanks for the kind words!
I do sell them from time to time. Unfortunately, they’re so time consuming that the price ends up turning some people off. But I’ve thought about making a garbage truck several times. I’d have a blast with all that trash and grime! 😁😁
You're an amazing artist. I truly enjoy watching you work.
Thank you very much!😊😊

Truly a work of art! The headliner and torn seats are really cool touches, not to mention the entire car.
Much appreciated. 😁
Awesome work.
Your finish is amazing.
New sub today .
Mike .
Thank you!! Much appreciated.
Well done. I always use table salt for a broken window. This looks like the grains of a safety washer.
Thanks! Salt eh? Nice idea!
Man you're awesome im trying to weather a 1:10 rc car drift body you make it feel like youre right there its so realistic.
Thank you!😊
